Agree. The 80s I think was the first decade when people had a bit more money. Suddenly new cars, package holidays, people given the right to buy their council house. Yes lots lost their jobs up north, pits etc. But production/manufacturing was still strong.
For me I still respected my parents, teachers and the police, you knew the consequences if you didn't.
We were tought manners, paper rounds, Bob a job, Cubs, Scouts and youth clubs.  Mums were nearly all working then too, that also sets a good example to their children imo.
Yes you have to work in life if you want nice things. But now you could strive for nice things. Save and buy, that's how I was tought.
Speak to anyone now and it's not a getting older and grumpy. Everyone sings the same tune, the good years have gone.

People all have massive mortgages, drive cars they will never own, credit cards maxed out, live month to month and are only a few months away from losing the lot, just for the sake of having it and now you can, even if you carn't afford it.
Everyone wants their 15 minutes of fame, fake Facebook, Instagram, hate it all.

    Rant over.

Frequent lurker,  but with sign-up forms involving less effort these days I thought I'd take the plunge and get involved.
Started with iron plates passed down from my grandad, to my dad and then on to me at 16 years old (13 years ago), which kickstarted my lifting. Suffer from Crohn's disease so was always skinny (don't seem to have much problems with keeping weight on now, mind )
Around 9 years ago I won a transformation competition, featured in Men's Health and a few other magazines and websites. Then I found women, alcohol and pablo's dandruff and fell off the wagon for 7 years.
The last 2-3 years i've being training consistently but with a quite an inconsistent diet and still binge drinking. Since lockdown I've cut out the boozing further, and got my diet fairly solid while maintaining some kind of lifestyle. Also become pescatarian along the way.
I've being toying with the idea of joining the dark side and getting on the test-E train, in no rush - plenty of reading to do.
    Currently 85kg

    Cheers

When people ever asked me what’s the scariest film I ever saw expecting me to say some random horror movie I always say Scum. It’s surprising how many people haven’t seen it. Whilst I was never a kid that was likely to end up in Borstal watching that film when I was about 13 convinced me that Borstal was a place I wasn’t going to end up in.

TERBO got a reaction from PSevens2017 in Bacne - switching from Test E to C and changing dose.
Both work on most forms of acne but if it's severe, like cystic acne then isotretinoin is the best course of action.
I've successfully used 1g of B5 a day, had good results with the 10k vitamin A and other times used both together.
I'll be honest, for me nothing is as good as isotretinoin when it comes to acne caused by the hormonal imbalance of injecting testosterone, but vitamins do have their place.

I would just continue the cycle with the decent anavar...
Messing your body about with PCT meds for the sake of 5 weeks of weak var seems silly imo, then the wait and recover just to do it again, sod that.
Doing anavar for 11 weeks is no big issue... if you already feel it working it should be a good 6 weeks

I found sust with different ratios gave me bad acne , seems much more stable on test e, but not tried test c as can't see any benefits over e.

If using accutane you will need to run it for around 4/6 months. It can take a few weeks to start working and acne often gets worse before it starts to calm down and disappear.  I would recommend pharma isotretinoin @ 20mg a day. Keep away from sunbeds and extra doses of vitamin A if using.

Alternatively for acne there are more gentle approaches like, high dose Vitamin  B5 (Pantothenic Acid) @ 500mg once or twice a day.
High dose vitamin A is also another good one to use @ 10,000iu a day; basically isotretinoin is a synthetic vitamin A analogue.
Don't use the vitamin A long term though, and avoid other forms of A if taking it.

I believe most people fall into two categories, either strong or weak willed.
Strong willed people will usually be hiding something deep inside they hate about themselves, so continually need to prove being strong and powerful, like a permanent front. They are frequently 'one or two subject' only type people and will often try to intimidate or put others down, usually just for fun or gossip.  To them most things they do are an 'achievement' whereas in real life others may view them as single minded ie only really interested in himself and the gym.
Weaker minded people are easily led, they like to follow a crowd and keep trying to fit in, they like to be liked. They change their own personality to go along with trends, you find this behaviour more and more with forums and social media.  Weak willed people are less trustworthy, they will alter their opinions based on peer pressure, they play on things that they think people like about them, whether that be their ability to be walked all over as a helpful friend, or as someone that regularly quotes their views and bizarre opinions to others for entertainment or laughs. Some think they are strong minded when they present the same old pattern time and time again, but in reality that's just being weak because you're not willing to grow/change.
There are a few that fit into the 'normal' category, those that have their moments but normally sit back and let life happen, those that don't need to respond to every comment, those that don't feel the need to 'join in' with current trends. People that are happy being themselves and don't have anything to prove.

TERBO got a reaction from KETONES in What illness do "trolls" suffer from?
    Sounds about right!
But imo you really can't pin a 'troll' down to a specific type, they are doing it for their own reasons which pretty much covers all fields, you could say unemployed or mental illness but that would be a drop in the ocean compared to all the others out there. People troll from, the quiet woman at work that says yes to everything and keeps herself to herself, then once at home grasps for attention from others with made up stories or pretend boyfriend issues etc, the same with a normal bloke at work, alone in his bedroom he's a keyboard warrior, letting rip at everyone because he can't do that in real life. Men and women with perfectly normal lives can almost be another person online and perceive to live a different life so trolling is like a fantasy. You get the people that follow others either via FB, Twitter etc or even on forums, and often leave comments on nearly every thread/social media post, in the hope they will get attention from someone.  People join forums and groups so that they can be apart of something but also stand out, be talked about whether that be good or bad, it's all for attention.
Unfortunately it's the way the world has become, people are not living a fulfilling life so troll online for recognition.

He could be one dislodge of plaque away from a heart attack or stroke with these same readings.
