    My max was about 3.5g iirc maybe even a little higher, 11ml was the most oil in one day, but this was years ago. It wasn't worth it, looking back on it, though at the time it was a good idea.

    maltodextrin is a useful carb source for the spike.

    fast is definately better!

    start off at 2iu, work up in 2iu increments to (about ) a 10iu max. it can screw you up badly, respect the stuff.

    i had mixed memories of it all i remember was i stank to high-heaven of honey all the time!

    when training for max output i would never be able to do heavy work more than once every 10-14 days.

    i would have an 'active' recovery session a week later (going thru the motion) but it wouldnt really be lifting much, jsut excercises.

    de-stress and come back with a decent amount of focus. your mind will fool you into thinking you have lost more than you actually have.

    also, slightly disconcerting you slacken off when our down in the hole.

    its as if you slowly control the movement to 1" above parallel then stop, losen the diaphram to drop into parallel and back up. it might jsut be because its not heavy, you wouldnt be able to get away with that with some weight o nthe bar.

    apart from that, stretch your ankles and calves. after having back problems too, listen to jimmy and move feet positions.

    also get yourself something with a heel on. i trained barefoot for years, it takes its tol on the hip flexors. if you cant afford lifting shoes, try some CAT boots or something, jsut to lift the heels higher than the toes

    i didnt delete it, but reinstated it as i believe it wasnt a just cause for being modded.

    can now be found in strength and power (as its a strength achieve)
