Managed 5 sets in 20.49 with 40kg, f**k about! Really enjoyed this, got my heart rate up a lot more than Fadi's routine - but I'm guessing that's because I'm not doing it as prescribed yet. 

On round 4 and 5 I had to take a 30 sec or so break for my grip after the rows, other than that.. yeah really enjoyed it in an S&M kind of way! I was fu**ing gassed by round 3!

Im only trying it once a week just now but may increase it to twice when I can start recovering from the DOMS quicker.

A good mate of mine went Turkey for his and it’s decent. But he just had a bald patch so not as much work needed.
Another bloke who I vaguely know was in the pub last year with his full pigment job. He paid top dollar but it does look good. Very much like it’s been done painstakingly for a very even look.
Its not something I’d ever bother with for the money you have to pay but then again my hair is like bull rushes it’s that thick so not something I will ever have to contemplate. 
 
Loads of people do though so going bald is obviously an issue for some and at the end of the day it’s their money so knock yourself out if that’s what you want to spend it on.

If people are that incapable of looking after themselves that they’re reliant on those places the gene pool is probably better off without them!

I 100% won't be following those guidelines. My outdoor exercise has absolutely no baring on others so I'll continue daily, alone, without a mask. And I'll continue to see the girl I'm dating as frequently as her vagina and arsehole permit.

I personally think it’s fu**ing weird drinking at that time of day as a way to unwind regardless of shift work.
But don’t get your knickers in a twist about it. Who the f**k am I to pass judgment on anyone about it.

Its not exactly in sync with our natural circadian rhythm is it.
