  1. Smashing!

Hello Gang. Been having this for lunch or dinner for the past few days, its real nice. 1 Packet of Smash - Cheese & Onion Flavour (107g) 568ml (pint) boiling water 1 Large Tin of Tuna (400g i think they are) 50g Low Fat Cheese (grated) Tabasco Sauce Pepper 1. Pour the smash powder into a large bowl, and add pint of boiling water. 2. Mix the goop together until its as smooth as robdogs head. 3. Add in the tuna and cheese 4. Mix well. 5. Add in Tobasco Sauce and Pepper 6. Mix again 7. Enjoy. Its really easy to get down, especially if your not really that hungry and know you have to eat. Would be good on cycle too when suffering from loss of appetite. Works out around Carbs: 80g Protien: 90g Fats: 10g
  2. How much do you weigh

Hello all. I know there has recentally been a "Stats" thread, but i wanted to start this one, so i could see it in a poll. The reason that i ask, is that most people that i speak to one disscussion boards are in the 200lb - 230lb range. (With the exception of Condor, who is 280lb+ !!!!) Is there a reason for this, or do you think it is the weight that people start noticing they cant gain much weight from here on, so look at going into AAS use - Therefore using these kinds of boards. I know i started using AAS in the 180lb weight range as i found it hard to put on weight from here (Having a raging metabolism dosnt help). I am now 215lb+ Anyways, thought, suggestions and poll here! Paul
  3. Custom Titles Modification

Hello gang Yep, another time wasting mod If you go to "User CP" -> "Edit Profile" -> "Edit Custom Title" you can create your own snazzy user title using VBCode and Smileys. I am adding in some [GLOW] and [MOVE] Options too, to give it a bit more life. Have a play about Oh, Servers are playing up again, please bear with them. Cheers Paul
