For a greek-ish dish, I usually let diced chicken breasts marinate for 6+hrs in olive oil, tonnes of garlic, tonnes of oregano, a dash of paprika and cumin and about a teaspoon of sugar.
Then grill, baby, grill, alongside some peppers and onion if you wish, and serve with some Total 0% and whatever carb source you fancy (Tesco folded flatbreads are pretty nice and not bad macros).
