  1. hahaha this thread has had me chuckling away. The poor bastard has just been absolutely 'shredded' to pieces here by every single person...... *pun intended*
  2. Sperm count fix

Hi Hiitlove, This might not be necessary anymore as your post was from over a year ago, but thought I'd post it here in case it helps. I've posted this on a couple of other fertility threads as well. My eldest boy was conceived during a power PCT blast (by accident) with high doses of HCG being run, but the second time round was a very intentional fertility cycle after months of trying for a second kid without much luck. I think we were quite lucky as I only had to run the protocol for 6 weeks before hitting the jackpot and a lot of the research I’ve read suggests it may take up to 3 months for the protocol to take effect properly, but who knows? This may be worth worth your husband giving it a shot, or at least considering before going down the route of IVF. My cycle was as follows: – 1500iu HCG – EOD – 75iu HMG – EOD (alternate with HCG) – 50mg Clomid – ED – 20mg Nolva – ED (was advised this will help keep oestrogen down, as well as prevent desensitisation from the HCG – how much truth there is to this I don’t know but ran it anyway on the off chance this advice was correct) – Fertility Multivitamin (probably had very little effect but thought it can’t hurt) I had Proviron on hand as I’ve read this can help boost sperm motility, but didn’t end up needing to use it. Good luck to you both! Hope this helps!
  3. Sperm count fix

Congrats mate! Buzzing for you! Great name as well!
  4. help with gyno

Hello mate. So if fleshy tissue has already formed then another surgery is your only answer I'm afraid mate. If however its the puffy nips, swelling glands and estro-lumps you're getting, then Letro can definitely work but you've got to be in a good head space because it will wipe you out emotionally, mentally, and physically; its fu**ing strong stuff. I used Letro on and off for couple years before eventually having my gyno surgery done. Letro will completely crash your estrogen to zero (great for gyno, not so great for health; but desperate times desperate measures so I completely get how you feel when you reach that point of desperation). All I will say is if you do decide to run the Letro, when the time comes for you to come off, just make sure you taper off VERY gradually, reducing the dosage little by little over a couple weeks at least.....or you will rebound heavily and potentially be in a worse off position than you started in. Trust me, I was on and off Letro repeatedly due to not getting this right. For me I found that you had to taper your dosages by a minimum of 72-96 hours (3-4 days) per dosage if that makes sense? Ie. Run a full tab for as long as necessary or as long as I could handle the sides, then drop to 3/4 tab for 4 days, then 1/2 tab for 4 days , then 1/4 tab for 4 days. My best results were when I tapered off and ran each dosage for a full week and also running Aromasin alongside during the taper period, and for a few weeks after dropping the letro to help balance any potential rebound. I found Arimidex caused me the same rebound issues but Aromasin was far easier to control and manage. Anyway, good luck mate! I completely get how low gyno can make you feel so I wish you all the best and good luck with the RM basic training. My brother served for 10 years and loved every second of it.
  5. Covid vaccine.

@Clubber Lang I watched that interview yesterday as well.....very eye opening! There is definitely something weird going on with the way they've handled all this s**t so far. Who knows what the government agenda is but doesn't seem to make sense at all.
  6. HGH Fragment, does it work?

Hello mate, I've used Frag in the past on a few different occasions and I love it personally, although I'd agree with people that there are definitely better options in terms of getting bang for your buck. You can't beat the tried and tested methods of reducing calories, increasing energy expenditure, combined with good old stimulant compounds as being the best combo for fat loss. However with this said, I've always enjoyed jabbing, IM or sub-q, so quite liked pinning something before cardio, so always felt good using Frag pre-AM cardio.....but this may just be a psychological boost when dieting., hard to say. I think we're allowed to discuss sources on here because its classed as a research chemical but someone may correct me if I'm wrong and delete this post. Two sources I've used for all my peptides and they've never let me down are: https://www.purepeptidesuk.com/ and https://www.peptidesuk.com/ Hope that helps bro!
  7. Thoughts on Gyno symptoms

I managed to control (even reduce) my Gyno flare ups with few blasts of Letrozole over the years, but be careful of the estro rebound when using Letro....it is very strong stuff and the rebound is no joke if you don't taper off properly......it'll get you, trust me! haha I eventually had to bite the bullet though and went under the knife to have my glands removed last year. Best thing I ever did though and now wonder why I waited so long!
  8. Time for and want a babba

Hello mate Like a couple of the lads above, I used HCG and Clomid both times I got wife pregnant, the first of which may have been coincidence as I was just blasting a 'power pct' at the time, but the second time round I intentionally ran a fertility protocol with the purpose of knocking her up. I think we were quite lucky as I only had to run the protocol for 6 weeks before hitting the jackpot and a lot of the research I’ve read suggests it may take up to 3 months for the protocol to take effect properly. My cycle was as follows: – 1500iu HCG – EOD – 75iu HMG – EOD (alternate with HCG) – 50mg Clomid – ED – 20mg Nolva – ED (was advised this will help keep estro down, as well as prevent desensitisation from the HCG – how much truth there is to this I don’t know but ran it anyway on the off chance this advice was correct) – Fertility Multivitamin (probably had very little effect but thought it can’t hurt) I had Proviron on hand as I’ve read this can help boost sperm motility, but didn’t end up needing to use it. Hope this helps anyway. Good luck mate!
  9. Zero sugar/fat syrups

You can buy the big sugar free bottles on Amazon bro
  10. Zero sugar/fat syrups

Always loved the sugar free syrup that Costa put in their coffees.........Monin Syrup or something like that? Put it in yoghurt before and did the trick so don't see why it wouldn't work with porridge too
  11. Best labs

Yeah I've been out of touch for quite a while now so I wouldn't know whats shite and whats decent haha
  12. Best labs

Alpha Pharma used to be my go too, unbelievable stuff and you could verify the codes directly on their website which was good for peace of mind.....but I've been off cycle a while now so not sure if they've dropped off and are still reliable or not. I've heard lot of good things about SIS labs too....particularly the orals but not ran any myself........tbf I'm not being much bloody help here am I?
  13. CBD Brands?

    Nice one fellas! Appreciate it
  14. CBD Brands?

I know we're not allowed to discuss sources on the forum but was wondering if the same rules apply to discussing CBD Oil sources, seeing as its all legal and available to purchase online? If it doesn't breach any of the forum rules, I wondered if anyone has any recommendations for CBD Oil brands to use? Just looking to experiment with it and see if it has the positive benefits on muscle recovery and anxiety that lots of people claim? Cheers
  15. Injectable bcaa

Never actually knew this was even a thing? Apart from the twisted sadistic pleasure of jabbing (I weirdly do get it haha) what's the advantage of pinning BCAA's over just sipping on them normally?
