You want a .22 ptfe filter. These ones stand up to solvents the best. Will handle BA,BB, Ethyl Oleate. Make sure its sterile.
The larger diameter will allow faster filtration. If you get a small diameter filter it will be slow, if you try to force a faster flow rate, you can blow out the filter.

    A very thorny issue.
Judging anyone purely on their race is ignorant in the extreme.
As for the police brutality in America the statistics show that there is a disproportionate amount of  people from ethnic minorities  being killed in altercations with the Police force.
Shaming people for being white is ridiculous, we don`t get to choose our  ethnicity.  It is a form of racism itself.
This seems to be an agenda of the far left, the "woke"  trying to be so politically correct that they are disappearing up their own arses.
Don`t get me wrong the politically Right can be just as delusional.

I remember laughing to myself during a metalworking course I attended as a teenager when being taught about files.
The word Bastard has an interesting history in engineering.
Illegitimate births were not as stigmatized during the Middle Ages as they were they so common. Actually there were  many, highly notable “bastards among the upper classes of Europe at this time. In the English coat-of-arms a person`s status as a “bastard” was signified by a bar which ran diagonally from the upper left corner of a heraldic shield to the lower right corner. In the medieval period files were the most common method of metal working: including the forming of swords, shields, and armour. The manufacture of files was a leading industry during that period. A file with teeth running diagonally across the cutting face closely resembled the diagonal bar on the coat-of-arms of the “bastard”.
So the word Bastard has an aura of course effectiveness , getting the job done.

    Definitely.
The gym revolution have stock of some ATX bars due to come in about a month and are taking pre orders.
I've ordered one of their competition powerlifting bars, £300 including postage isn't bad really for a quality piece that'll last.

Personally I dont like the idea of putting used needles in the general waste.
Some waste gets sorted through at tips.
I use a sharps bin and when this is full I chuck in the waste.
If you are paranoid you can always chuck in a street bin.

    That bit is beyond ridiculous.
He apparently did all this 260 mile journey etc to safeguard his young child.
Then he decides to take said young child on a drive when he's uncertain about his eyesight.
The whole thing reminds of the Little Britain implausible politician excuse sketch.

dumbat reacted to Pscarb in Hgh eod day, peptides on days off
not exactly I am afraid, the body will produce what it produces naturally, from what I know it won't produce more, using peptides will release more but I see no evidence to show by releasing more the body produces more.

it's not as simple as that I am afraid.....
As we age many believe the body lowers the amount of HGH we produce but in fact it is the amount of HGH we release, so as we age we release less, peptides do not produce HGH they release HGH so it certainly can be assumed that using Peptides on days off will release natural HGH.
Now in saying this another assumption has to be made and that is you are using good quality peptides, as the amount of natural GH released by clinical grade peptides (china does not produce clinical grade peptides for a cheap price) at saturation doses is 1.13iu so if you are using 8iu eod then expect the same from peptides you will be disappointed

I've used 25mg once daily as part of a pct before and my sex drive stayed, I stopped the proviron at the end of the pct and never never felt any drop in libido.
I would definitely get bloods done however, you don't want the proviron to hide any problems.

dumbat got a reaction from faangs in Work from home chair recommendation
Certainly better for back posture than a conventional chair.
Your spine is placed in a natural S shape when you sit in the kneeling position.
If you observe young children they do this instinctively; then as we grow up we are taught to sit in an unnatural position slumped in chairs.
They don`t do much for core strength;  sitting on a fitness ball would certainly be beneficial for this.
Sitting still for prolonged periods of time is never going to be a good idea, you would still need to stand up and stretch every hour or so.

I wouldn`t bother with the Clen;,  saying you want to lose some body fat is interesting , are your goals to gain muscle or lose fat?
It is easy to lose some fat while on a bulking cycle,  it just means you wont gain quite as much muscle as you could have done.
I agree with avoiding the Caber,  you only want be using this if you really need to . Use it as a treatment rather than a preventative measure.
The same could be said for the Proviron, though it isnt going to cause you any issues there isn`t much need to use it unless you experience sex drive issues from the Deca.
As this is your second cycle I wouldn`t use the Anavar either,  I would want to be able to gauge the effect of the Deca , ( I am assuming your first cycle was Test only ?)
Running the Test at 300   with 300 Deca  will be sufficient.
Your proposed PCT will easily be enough.
Have you used Clomid before ? how did you get along with the side effects?

Supplement needs do a good Tudca and NAC combination supplement. (Although currently out of stock on their website and also Cardiff sports nutrition)

Even though you can cut on any steroid deca is usually used for bulking, adding clen in to "shed some more bodyfat" tells me your not tracking cals as if you were you wouldn't need clen period.
The reason I recommend not using caber is because it's a god awful drug, far too powerful and causes more issues than the one it's trying to be used for, I've had mates suicidal due to using  the drug so take it from me don't use it there are far more options all with less side effects.

As above advice there is  not sufficient difference between cheap and expensive vitamins to justify some of the crazy prices.
Some will argue that some are more bio-available than others but the differences are insignificant.
Basic rule of thumb , dose fat soluble vitamins once a day, water soluble  vitamins  are best consumed several times a day.
