They are supposed to be decent bikes from what I have heard.
Hybrids make the most sense for the majority of people I feel.  If you don't actually do any proper off road then there is no need to suffer a mountain bike. Equally, if you don't either compete in road racing or train with people who road race then a proper road bike doesn't make any sense either.

I like Portugal a lot,I have spent a fair amount of time there.
Property is cheap;  but their economy is pretty much broken.
Just make sure you get good legal advise as their legal system is a bit,,, errr... fluid .

Not what you want to hear but my advise would be don`t buy a bike from Halfords.
Long story but I had a bike indirectly from Halfords and the frame failed, luckily it was under warranty.
They wouldnt just give a new frame, they insisted on doing the work themselves "due to safety concerns"
They took all the components off the bike and put them on the replacement frame. As I was riding home I found the brake levers and shifters were loose on the bars, the gears were not set correctly.
Luckily I am a qualified bike technician so I rebuilt the bike myself.
I have seen numerous bikes from Halfords with build faults, one that sticks in my mind was a bike bought for a child who`s mother brought it into a workshop I ran at the time.
She said that her son was having difficulty riding it , "He does have balance problems but I thought it would be good for him" she said.
When I looked at the bike the problem was clear , the suspension forks were back to front! no wonder the poor kid was struggling.
F*ck me how difficult is it to fit a pair of forks correctly? Their "safety checks" are a total joke.
So after that rant my advise would be if you have no other option, get the bike from halfords then get someone who knows what they are doing to check it over for you.

It depends on your goals mate...I've got no idea how anyone else could possibly answer this question??
If you want to lose fat, then cut
If you're not bothered about your bf and want to put on muscle, then bulk
Only you know what you want to do

Taking a comedy program like Little Britain off  TV and Netflix looks like desperate virtue signalling  at best and censorship at worst.
Anyone getting offended over a program like Little Britain seriously needs to check themselves.
The program is a satirical look at peoples behaviour and was never intended to be racist.
It was hardly The Black and White Minstrel Show.
When comedy gets censored its only a short step to complete tyranny .

I am not convinced that simply changing a few street names and removing some statues is going to achieve much at all.
Also it depends on how one views these street and name places and statues, are they a celebration of the people or are they a useful, if uncomfortable reminder of our past.
Removing all visual references to the slave trade could be viewed as  a whitewashing campaign , denying our part in the slave trade.
As for politicians jumping on the bandwagon; I think we all know that this is simply to aid their careers rather than some heart felt act of morality.

    Sad.
Why do this when you have a very successful Youtube channel ?
His credibility is bound to suffer, despite his excellent knowledge of physical therapy.
Sean Nalewanyj`s video is a well balanced comment on the matter.
Personally I think  this is as bad as the whole fake natty thing; it causes followers to have false expectations of what is possible.

As above , better to come off the gear and continue with TRT.
No need for a complicated split program, I would suggest a simple full body program.
If you are struggling to recover then increase rest periods,  Your lack of recovery is also a symptom of lack of condition, this will improve as you progress.
Cut all processed Carbohydrates out of your diet, get sufficient sleep.
Dead lifts are the most taxing lift.
