Well he has said before that he must be someone who doesn’t respond to steroids as he couldn’t make gains with a coach and on over a gram of gear

Jelly because @drwae is getting all the girls
I was surprised when he said he was cutting though.
And I've been using GH for couple years just for general recovery and health between 3-4iu EOD.............you are going to be disappointed mate, its not magic, even at higher doses, unless you respond well to AAS in general and have decent genetics imho

I guess it's all relative. If he was say lifting 90kg before he went to 95kg, jumping from 90kg straight to 100 may be a bit too big a jump.
Its been quite a long time since I lifted anywhere close to max. I tend to lift in higher rep range these days. So can't really remember what increments I used to go up in when my goal was to try and lift as much as poss.

Best thing I've found for avoiding shoulder (AC joint) issues, is tucking elbows in close to torso rather than flared out to side and bring bar down to nipple line rather than closer to neck.
More of a powerlifting style bench press with more focus on chest than shoulders. Used to constantly have niggly AC joints till switched to this style.

Good effort mate. All about setting goals to improve. Even if it’s by eg 1 rep or 2.5kg every 2-3 weeks. Set the goals, stay focussed and keep achieving.

Not sure how much gear you’re on (you don’t have to say either) but 95kg is decent enough. You’ll soon hit 100kg+

I stretch pecs lats and perform scapula wall slides before I even begin my workout. This may help you with scapula mobility and retraction

No, unfortunately - incline has never felt comfortable for my dodgy shoulders. Even decline doesn't fell comfortable.
I only bench like the earth is built - flat.
@AnimalLifter @wylde99 + any other lunatic will back me up on the last point.

You need to conclude your post about training with something along the lines of ‘has anyone sucked off any trannies lately?’ To get any sort of response mate.

Incline barbell I've done 120kg for 8 reps fairly regularly. I always end up hurting my ac joint though for some reason on inclines so I avoid going as heavy as could. I've done 50kg x 12 dumbbells.
    Flat bench I've done 150kg x 6 and 155kg x 4. I'm still confident of hitting 160kg before 2020 is out.

On the Mirafit stands I had, there was no rubber at all and it clattered like a bitch. The Primal Strength J Hooks I have now are rubber lined and provides loads of sound deadening. Might be a good idea to buy some rubber strips and duct tape it, or even screw it on the J Hooks. That should definitely help, as would bumper plates if you really think it's going to be an ongoing issue. Some sound proofing acoustic artwork would work too if your room echos.
I'm sure you'll get the typical "go round and kill them all in their sleep" replies, but sometimes it doesn't hurt to find a middle ground and be reasonable.

If this is true and you aren’t trolling (which you are) then your GP is questionable.

You don’t have gyno If that is indeed you in the pictures.
A gyno surgeon will have had a conversation with you either directly or indirectly via the clinic prior to surgery. Here they will have explained the procedure, what to expect and what they will do with regards to lipo.
At this point I’m fairly certain you’re simply a troll so I won’t waste any more of my time helping someone who doesn’t need it.
