..... for those that dont know agenda 21 (2030 ) is a so called 'plan' to depopulate the world by 95% by 2030  , usually spouted by people like this

a large proportion of people who post in these forums dont need TRT according to the medical information available (not the OP btw ) - the NHS is not there to provide treatment for those that
    1/ dont need it
2/ dont need it but have self diagnosed themselves and think that they should be able to walk into a GP's and get anything they ask for

if so i'd just consume 300g cottage cheese with 35g whey protein, concentrate is fine. Dont bother with casein, no point, stick with concentrate.

The old version glycerol monostearate is horrible yeah. It isnt water soluble and need minimum 5g.
The new version is much better its sold under hydromax and a few other names, it's around 6x more potent so 1-1.5g is equivalent to much more gms and it mixes.

Either my local independent or Lloyds (if I have to get it near work).

you’d have thought stock levels would be the same all over the country as I think it’s an imported medicine. Maybe Cambridge has a higher concentration of people needing TRT - must be all the learning killing men off

‘pre-bed casein’ to stop you going catabolic overnight is accepted marketing bollocks. One paper doesn’t make it scientific fact. To disregard the conclusion of the paper is convenient too- take a vague statement from the absrqct re the rationale for the study, build a case around that but then pay no creed to the actual outcome - I.e. there’s no significant difference in performance markers.
Even if it did evidence a benefit, the paper has nothing whatsoever to do with what we’re talking about - taking it pre-bed.
if I get time tonight/tomorrow when I’m home I’ll throw up some other bits to support my own accepted scientific facts re bed-time casein

    Key points
Females can experience and increase in performance makers from consuming protein after resistance training.
Females can have a decreased body fat composition when ingesting protein with daily resistance training and conditioning.
There was no significant difference in performance markers between whey and casein.

    All,
I am new to working out and have been advised that I should consume some good quality multivitamins and some good quality zinc tablets.
There seems to be a shedload of information out there (some probably paid for to be highly recommended) so I would be very grateful indeed for any recommendations.  I am UK based.
    Kind regards

Same with a friend of ours, he was at 66% LTV and was paying through the nose. He had savings so I told him to pay about a grand into his mortgage and it dropped his monthly repayments when he re-fixed massively

Very important to ask as some aren’t as independent as they should be (I.e. they’ll push you towards certain lenders because they get a bigger kick back rather than them being the best option for you).
i’m setting up in the new year as an IMA - won’t be going full time for a while whilst I feel my way in and get established.

It might for some lenders. Pays to shop around. Some of the Estate Agents have Independent Financial Advisors working for them and they should be able to get you the best deals. Always check they are truly 'independent' - they have to tell you this by law. Usually their services are free to you although they might get commission on anything you buy through them.
