Bensif got a reaction from gavzilla in Proviron for anti oestrogen
It is for the dose. Are you injecting once per week by any chance?
Increasing your injection frequency and reducing the mg per injection will help but it’s going to take some time to your oestrogen to come down.
If you have no perceivable issues I wouldn’t necessarily take an AI. Proviron is a reasonable suggestion and given your experience with PEDs makes more sense than masteron at this point.
Acne - this is more to do with the sudden hormonal shift your body has seen than one hormone alone. The best thing you can do is get yourself a good benzylperoxide body wash and cream, and thoroughly wash the area at least once per day. I’d get a coarse glove if you can reach the acne or use a back scrubber. Make you keep the area dry afterwards too.

Horrible, uninformed advice. You should refrain from giving ‘advice’, it’s terrible.
@Endomorph84 is spot on.

Bensif got a reaction from js77 in Dropping deca
Agree but given the dose, the ancillaries are being used when they shouldn’t be needed (I say shouldn’t as I don’t know his blood values). You know I don’t believe in adding things in for the sake of it.
Now if he wasn’t using an AI or caber and he had this issue, caber would make sense. But it also wouldn’t be my first choice in terms of the change to make.

Drop the AI and caber and you likely find libido is fine.

Bensif got a reaction from invisiblekid in Resting heart rate
I’m not sure what data this ‘normal’ is based on. I’ve seen it a few times now but 91 is high. There’s a study somewhere on risk of associated cardiac events with high RHR and from what I recall 90+ was 3 times more likely.
If you are physically fit and healthy, 60-70’ is ‘normal’ in my opinion. Lower, ignoring underlying conditions, would suggest a very high level of fitness.
Your heart only has so many beats in it.
I’d say more cardio and perhaps drop some weight.

Bensif got a reaction from arbffgadm100 in Resting heart rate
It wasn’t meant in an absolute literal sense. When you’re ‘unhealthy’ your heart has to work harder to do it’s basic job. My point was, put yourself in the best place to let it do it’s job easily.

Bensif reacted to swole troll in Bostin Loyd renal failure
Him claiming that he went through with the peptide experiment because the studies were done on monkeys is no different to people clutching onto the cardarine rat studies to justify their usage.
Funny how people would put their health at such great risk to lose body fat.
I've said it a million times, you can diet down to body fat so low that you die from starvation with no drugs whatsoever
Yet people will take experimental drugs or abuse stimulants putting a strain on their likely already impaired heart from all the AAS to diet a little quicker
Sure if you're truly getting to the nitty gritty I can see the argument for an appetite suppressant or short term beta agonist course, but I'm seeing people start a cut and immediately looking to clenbuterol, DNP or lesser trialled substances associated with renal failure and cancer growth....
Back to the OP, Bostin was pretty reckless but not as obscene as people like to make out.
Look to some of Paul Borrison's writing or even Dan Duchaine
Plenty of abuse going on, like all sports
Think Goldman's dilemma.

Bensif got a reaction from a.notherguy in Any drummers on here?
Electric mate. Even with dampeners / silencers they still make quite a bit of noise. Electric you won’t notice as much bar the bass pedal if it’s upstairs.

Bensif got a reaction from Sasnak in Bostin Loyd renal failure
Very likely was the FTTP. I don’t think it will ever be approved for human use for good reason.
Just look at the research on it.
Im Surprised he still took it as he’s usually actually quite well informed with everything he takes, despite the extreme things you see and hear. A real shame.
I hope he recovers.

Bensif got a reaction from \/\/ in WhatsApp no longer encrypted from Feb?...
We’re still in Europe mate. The continent didn’t change.
Our data privacy laws don’t permit WhatsApp to do this and although derived from the European Union, they will remain in place.

Bensif got a reaction from invisiblekid in Government responds to Petition “Keep gyms open during Tier 4 lockdown”
Yeah I know the owner. They are good clubs and generally well run. It’s basically a clean bodybuilding gym with 24 hour access.
Ive put a lot of blood and sweat into mine. We’ve had some good news today with the Supreme Court ruling against insurers final appeal so I hope we should see some money soon.
Once I cover my losses the rest will go back into the club and to those members that supported me whilst I’ve had to close.
Anytimes tend to be quieter because the membership base is so spread with the 24 hour access. We run a lower membership model than pure at a higher price. The average pure has 6000 members

Bensif got a reaction from darren.1987 in Can low e2 cause face bloat/flushing
I believe it’s because oestrogen has some effect on the hypothalamus (unsure if direct or indirect). It’s thought to be why women get hot flashes as menopause sets in and their oestrogen declines.
A high carb meal is going to ever so slightly raise body temperature and I would suspect someone experiencing this would be more sensitive to the subtle change in temperature.
Also wish people would take more note of the part in bold.

Out of curiosity, what were your full results? Eg oestrogen, shbg, free testosterone etc?
Can you perhaps share the last set of bloods from September?

Bensif reacted to scottysafc in When you’ve had the vaccine jab do you still have to wear a mask
Its a culture thing IMO. Comes down to what is classed as normal/accepted...
For example would you say everyone should wash their hands after a piss/s**t? Or would you say there is nothing stopping you from washing your hands after a piss/s**t, but why should everyone else?
Don't come into work if you have a cold? Or there is nothing stopping you from staying off work with a cold, but why should everyone else?
In some countries (before Covid-19) it was considered a courtesy to wear a mask when out and about, it was normal.
Your right of-course! It shouldn't be compulsory, but It would be nice from my point of view if everyone did it (Immune disorder).

Bensif got a reaction from Ironman TS in Device recommendations for monitoring NEAT
I highly rate polar kit. The watches are more accurate than Garmin and better priced.
Their heart rate monitors are also second to none.
Ive had 3 polar watches and 2 heart rate straps. Currently have the Unite and a H10. Previously an A370 and an A360 before that.
The cheat based monitors are Bluetooth based too so you don’t have to have the watch. You can use them With your phone or an Apple Watch for example.
The polar calorie expenditure estimate is pretty accurate based on my experience with them over the years.

Bensif reacted to Philfg in Should I start TRT?
You have only been off a month, cause you're not going to feel the best. Give it some time.
No mention of blood test, so might be a place to start.
I'm 45 and have managed not to use trt yet.
Everyone loves being on gear but needing it is a different thing.
