    I'm not right wing, I'm very pro-green.
But her and her parents and movement are propaganda spewing tits.
She's being used a s a puppet by her parents. Nothing she or her 'group' have said is true.
    Read their manifesto.
They're socialist laying claim to the climate issue to try and guilt trip and back door their political beliefs.

It has nothing to do with children (she's 16, hardly a child) or anger or anything else.
It's bullshit being fronted by a child so that everyone can day "why are you guys so mean to a little girl".
This coming from a dude who doesn't drive, who recycles, who has minimised his footprint and fossil fuel usage and makes the effort to be a part of the change needed.
    Not right wing.
    No group affiliation.
Just someone who believes in science and hates people trying to force their political beliefs on anyone else.

We're already making great progress in the battle against climate change.
We don't need this divisive bullshit taking away from it.

It's caused more issues than its helped.
So bored with people saying "you're just bullying a child" bollocks!

If someone, regardless of age, is trying to make claims and push a shitty political policy on people under the guise of helping the environment, then it should be shown for the bullshit it is.

    Simple.

Who here saying "it's just a kid" had read their manifesto or actually looked in to who they are?

    Be honest.

not sure if this is a joke post?
prescibed TRT @300mg a week and enough letrozole to kill an elephant?
..... my suggestion would be to sue your doctor for negligence

I'm unsure where this 'the higher the test the better I'll feel' thinking comes from but it isn't the case.
Your doctor is correct to be happy with your levels. As said, they are on the high side as it is.
I'd be looking for other solutions to improve the way you're feeling. Then again, if you want to run a cycle - crack on, but don't expect it to make you feel any better.

..... for those that dont know agenda 21 (2030 ) is a so called 'plan' to depopulate the world by 95% by 2030  , usually spouted by people like this

a large proportion of people who post in these forums dont need TRT according to the medical information available (not the OP btw ) - the NHS is not there to provide treatment for those that
    1/ dont need it
2/ dont need it but have self diagnosed themselves and think that they should be able to walk into a GP's and get anything they ask for

Anyone using ugl test for self prescribed trt is abusing the drug. No-one actually knows the amount of test these products contain from batch to batch, and lab to lab.
Good luck on finding an accurately dosed ugl to keep you going for the next 40 years or so.

not to mention all those contaminants and heavy metals building up over the years

to think there is anything remotely close to a medical practice using some oil bottled and labeled up in a council flat by some grubby finger nailed 'brewer' smoking a roll up is laughable

I guess what I'm trying to say is that you have the means to succeed within yourself already. Anything on top of that is handy but not essential.
    Get it done

    Just a quick update.
I was hoping to return to training this weekend, and I have slightly different set of goals and a modified routine mapped out. Unfortunately, I had a wee accident last week which has resulted in a quad tear - not sure how bad as of yet, but I'm hopeful that it's minor - so my return to the gym will be delayed.
Hope you're all doing better than me lol.
    Take care guys.

150mg test a week should be more than enough to make steady progress from where you are at the moment.
This, I suspect, is your major issue.
W all have to accept that lifting, and gaining a bit of muscle, is a long, painful process. There's no real short cuts, and no comfortable way to achieve this. Decent test levels are nice but not essential to this. There are countless studies showing people with low test can build muscle.
I've been on prescribed trt for 8 years now and my trough levels are often single figures but I still make progress. Prior to my trt my test levels were found to be 'undetectable' and, although I have no idea how long I had been that way, I still carried more muscle than most. Then again, I've been training for 38 years solid.
Strong mentality is the greatest tool in a lifters bag. The ability to train for 3 or 4 hours every week, thoughtfully and progressively, for year after year after year is the secret to gaining and maintaining muscle. And you have to do this whether you feel good or bad, up or down. It's brutal and it's relentless, but it's what you need to succeed regardless of levels of testosterone.
The only thing you need to do before returning to the gym is....Clear your head. Make a plan and get on with it. If you stick to it you will gradually become encouraged and results will follow.

Oohhhmigawwwd... a quad tear sounds pretty painful Ming, poor you. I’m still struggling with my flipping tennis elbow thing,  hampering my training no end, but, I can do push things and certain cardio complex stuff and legs etc  so doing something at least. I’m even doing swimming which I really hate,humph..... dat walk of shame from the changing room to the pool ....
Really hope your injury isn’t too bad and you can get to the gym soon.
