    £20 per month, plus prescriptions @ £5 a vial.
Wouldn't touch BMH with a barge pole.

    Get a medichecks test done.
They'll give you a pdf with the results.
Convert the pdf to a word doc, alter the results to make them low, save as pdf.  Then do it again and change the date to 1/2 weeks later.  Send to a private gp.
Or, go to a private gp and be honest with them

If you've been referred already then I'd wait, rather than trying to do something to change the levels otherwise you may just get f**ked off by the specialist

Do you mean hematocrit? As in the thickness of you blood?
First have a blood test to confirm it's high, if it's not then you dont need to worry about it.
If it is high, your GP should just send you to a phlebotomist to have blood taken, its doesnt specifically need to be donated.  You might also be advised to take a low dose of aspirin to thin the blood

Honestly, from all your posts I'd say you dont have low T.  YES your level is low on the range, but that doesn't mean its low for YOU.
Going in TRT is a lifelong commitment, both hormonal and financial.  I'm currently sitting on one side of my pass cause if got the worst PIP from my injection last Wednesday.
Jumping on TRT isnt as glorified as some may think, my gains haven't gone through the roof, I've not suddenly become the happiest person around every day.

Do the check, make sure it's early -7am.  Then do another one 10/14 days later, one result isn't enough to warrant TRT.
Post your results up here when you get them.  I wouldn't bother self medicating, if you need it, go on Clear Chemist, to the TRT page and fill in the form.  That'll go through to Dr Webberley, if approved, it's £20 a month for his service and £4 for a vial of sust.

A lot of people have poor circulation so struggle to get anything out of their finger, medichecks do offer venous kits but then you need to get someone to do it for you

What's the mix of test in the cream you have?
I'd just stop using the cream a few days before your bloods, if you're suppressed, your reading should then be low as the test in the cream you're applying will have worn off.

For anyone paying £££'s a month for their treatment, go through gendergp.
I pay £20 a month for their service which is the prescriptions and blood reviews (doesn't include the bloods)
I'm prescribed sustanon at £4 a pop via clear chemist. You can also instigate the relationship through clear chemist.
I know optimale and BMH are in excess of £100 a month

    Hi Matey..

I had the same issue, gave them a call..

i assume you apply the gel with your hand, that you then finger pricked.. you need to wait at least 7 days after the last application before pricking form that hand.  Alternatively, pr**k your toe or something.  I decided to just call my GP and ask for bloods taken via IV, they were happy to do so and i should get the result on Friday
