I have just got back training from a bad head on car crash. My focus now is health, endurance and strength. I couldn’t care less anymore about getting big. For me it’s being healthy and having strength behind me

Agree to a point, but what about people who have a genuine need for trt and don’t get the help they need?
It does happen....
if they self admin a trt dose backed up with blood work, are they still abusing steroids?
Or have they just saved them self a year or two of hassle, with no libido, motivation etc trying to go through a system that has very little sympathy or knowledge of male hormones...
The nhs is so behind the times with male hormones
If you do get treated in the system, what do you get? Replacement dose of test only, nothing else.
What about fertility?
And before the “nhs is fine” brigade jump on me (you know who you are!) think how many of you people add your own little spin on their nhs protocol, like adding in hcg for example, so you may be able to do the basics in life, like reproduce!
I get your sentiment mate, and it does need saying, but I just don’t agree that taking a self prescribed trt dose is abuse, especially if you have the knowledge to do it yourself and cba dealing with what is a very difficult system (for some) to get treated in

mk-677 makes your natural growth hormone production/spikes max out. it increases your mean serum igf-1 and HGH values quite significantly. it gives the majority of the benefits of a low dose HGH protocol with similar sides.
I've been on 12.5-15mg for a year. things it has done for me in a positive way.
hair is thicker. sleep is deeper. recovery is better. I've had no instances of inflammation in some of my damaged joints and can't remember the last time I got tendonitis. muscles always full and juicy.
if you don't take pre-bed, you will experience waves of extreme fatigue, extreme hunger for the first few months. the hunger wears off after a while. if you're not paying attention to your diet, you can run into high blood glucose (same as with HGH use). for the first few weeks or months, you will generally get water bloat but it calms down.

Running AAS since 2009. Time on time off approach up til 2015 when my daughter was born.
I TRT all year 125mg per week self administrated. I throw the odd cycle in.
I only run test and the odd oral on my cycles.
Im 33 married and have a kid.

run low dose test kick start with var and focus on diet/training.

You actually make a valid point. I see guys on IG posting lifts up leading up to the competition then when it comes to the day it’s the ole just couldn’t get my gym numbers on bench followed by some bullshit excuse. Think I have a few fake natty on my IG lol

tbf a bench is probably the worse measure of natty strength as well
I can't give you scientific reasoning and I'm sure some will jump to androgen receptor density in the delts and pecs, whatever
but I'd say your presses by far get the biggest boost by going on and take the biggest hit coming off
this is why a lot of these IPF guys will be squatting 7-8 plates and 'only' benching 4
then there's guys competing in the GPC I've seen bench 5-6 plates and squat 7

I don't think that's against the grain, a 3 plate bench natty is pretty decent never mind 4.
