New year is here.. Normally when the gym fills up and people start new cycles...
So what's your new year cycle plans... ?
Bulk up, lean gain or cut the fat!
I'm already on cycle probably another 6 weeks till cruise and on my first winter gain could even call it a bulk in years which feels good for a change... normally on cut mode now after end of year and Christmas fat gain to lean up for summer.
My cycle - trying new ideas & doses.
Sis test cyp - 600mg PW
Sis tren e - 400mg pw
Sis & sphinx EQ - 1500mg PW
Hgh 8iu mon/wed/fri
Aim - Gain muscle mass and strength, all areas but main target areas are chest, back and biceps .. Strengthen up on all my lifts to try to improve these areas.
No dosage police please.
