    Are you sure you're lifting correctly with those numbers? Video the squats and rows then post here if you can, not trying to sound condescending by saying that either. 
    As for programming look into running greyskull LP, it's the simplest and arguably best method to pack some size on you and get your numbers up fast.

    ah right ok, thanks alot for clearing this up for me. TBH i feel my squat, bench and ohp will all stall shortly and require a deload were as i feel the resistance is still light on deadlift, row etc. I think after another few weeks i should find my true working weights and i think i should be were im supposed to be in regards to pushing/pulling power. Thanks alot to everyone who helped me out. Think when it comes to assistance exercises ill prob just add abs, calves, biceps n triceps, possibly some lateral/rear delt work

    After a lifetime of struggling with shortsightedness I've had enough and decided to take matters into my own hands.  I've tried all the common treatments like glasses or contacts, and it's just a lot of hassle, not to mention money. I don't want to pay for laser eye surgery, so I'm just going to do the surgery myself.

    I've had a look at the anatomy of the eye and watched a couple videos on YouTube so I think I get the gist of it.

    I've bought most of the tools I need (still looking for a good laser if anyone has any suggestions). Should I make a video of my surgery and post it here?

    I think I'll probably do it one eye at a time, which will allow me to see through the other eye as I work and also gives me a backup in the unlikely event that something goes wrong. I'm going to do it this weekend so if you guys don't hear from me it's because I've gone blind.. thinking of coming off clen for a few days as I don't want my hands to be shaking whike holding a laser to my eye.

    Haha no I worded it differently to how I wrote it, it happened on a high street about 2am after a night out, when arrested I stayed very calm and just explained id established my personal space, he came at me in an aggressive manner, I took a step back and asked him to calm down, he continued being aggressive and invaded my personal space, I felt threatened and reacted, when he got back up I calmly asked him to leave me alone and explained I didnt want any trouble, he attempted to attack me so I was forced to defend myself. After police reviewed cctv they took nfa. I still bump into the arresting officer every now and again and we always have a chat and a catch up haha

    I found it boring as f**k though, just something light to do whilst I was injured. Add an extra exercise for three sets at the end if you want.
