    similar to mine except the DBs only go up to about 46 iirc. Still OK for what I want at the moment.

    Your traps in the first pic look ridiculous, like you've left a coat hanger in lol.
    Kept a decent level of leanness while piling on the weight, any tips?
    Gonna bulk till next summer and need all the help I can get!
    Without brown nosing you too much, I reckon when you eventually do compete again, you'll surprise a lot of people. Can't wait to see how much you've gained once you're ripped, it'll be impressive IMO:)

    Hey mate listen, I'm sure your mum / dad / grandparents have come out with a few pearls of wisdom over the years about what is and isn't important in life but you never quite understood what they were on about. Well here's one of those moments where the penny drops for "age really is just a number". You seem to really be enjoying her company and the time you spend together right now but it's natural to think ahead with the "what if's". The only way to find out if you're both moving in the same direction is to talk about what you both want. If it turns out that you want completely different things well no problem at least you've been mature enough to address the issue now and you can both go your separate ways with dignity. If however she wants the same things you do then the age gap is irrelevant, it's where you both are mentally is what really matters. Sometimes you've just got to put your fears to one side and go with what feels right irrespective of what others say, think or do, It isn't their happiness it's yours.

    I dated a woman once she was 15 years older than me, we were together for 5 years and the only reason we parted is because she moved to Sydney with her job but I knew that's what she wanted to do from the very start. I unfortunately couldn't leave my family at the time my mum was quite ill. I often think of where I'd be now if I took the plunge and moved to Australia. Those 5 years were amazing, I did things and went places I wouldn't have been able to with someone my own age. So I would say just chill out go with the flow but talk about anything that's bothering you because ultimately you only have to answer to you.

    If I see someone getting their face smashed in, If I witnessed that situation I would want to help in one way or the other, just driving on or burying your head in the sand and doing nothing seems cowardly to me. If it were you, you would be thankful I was a "grass" I bet

    Lol you troll motherfcker, that is some serious squat weight and I don't know how you don't define them numbers as strong, maybe not as strong as you'd like, sure, but I gurantee there's people watching in awe when you lift and there will be people watching

    If you're looking to increase the numbers a bit maybe it's time to switch up the training to a powerlifting routine for a bit, get a nice boost to the bar, you've certainly got the base for it bud

    And as previously said, great transformation and amazing physique right now

    On days you're not weight training, drop your carbs to sub 50 and increase your pro and fat.

    before we started all of this i thought 2 a month would be great but there is so much that goes into filming an episode, the first one we had 5hrs of film to edit through for the 30min episode......it surprised me how much work goes into one episode

    not sure on an off season one, this is not cheap

    Messed up dreams, insomnia and sweating from the start, paranoia and shortness of breath after about 5 weeks

    Didn't get any extra boost in sex drive, the opposite probably, which was very dissapointing because after 8 years of marriage squeezing the wife's tits is about as erotic as squeezing a loaf

    That's why I said people i no mate. I find they either think their to good for work once they have done uni or they just wasted their time there.

    Qualifications cant substitute hard work and hands on experience. Only the best should reach the top. I have certificates to say I'm a qualified carpenter and bricklayer but you wouldn't want me building you anything and putting your doors up lol. I could do the tasks at college no probs but they would serve no purpose what so ever on a site. I'd rather someone start cleaning the tools and learning from scratch until they are good enough to do the job on their own.

Grinded the 4th out and was like WHERES NO.5 BABY?!?! Pulled it up with all my might - WHERES 6?!?!?! .... Maybe for another day lol, wasn't happening

    100kgs x 15 - same as above

    Then trained the cannons a bit.

    I'm actually really happy that switching to this routine is paying off so much more than when I thought! The added recovery has helped a lot - bye bye stronglifts, you're not needed anymore

    I do though need to get back in the gym, I need to do chins/dips/rack pulls etc which I can't do at home.
