    Hahahahahaha! Yea it’s been a while. Can’t say I ever used Inone myself, a couple of mates did and there was no complaints.
  3. I actually think Test, Deca and Mast is a really nice combination. You could easily do 1ml of each (700mg total per week) and grow really well with minimal sides.

  9. I really like Mast in a cycle so i'd probably opt for that.
  10. A single cycle would be perfectly fine, chances are you might want to do another one but who cares, the main thing is you can absolutely keep the new muscle you have aquired with the right training and diet that got you there in the first place.

Ok this is the fresh new journal to document everything after the British finals where i placed 6th out of 25 and got an invite to the world Championships, pics below: The Plan: Put on as much lean size as possible, specifically legs and even more specifically, hamstrings. Then compete in the superheavyweights, most likely 2BroPro's show. Also i just want to get crazy strong ang big everywhere and come back to the stage with a complete package that will make people look at me and think "wtf has that guy been doing for the last year". Supplements: I take a lot of health supplements now as this has become really important and i take regular blood pressure readings as mine was realtively high about 6 months ago - systolic was 167! If anyone wants me to detail what i take and why then just let me know and i will post. Super Supplements: I mainly use Neuro Pharma for everything, unless they happen to be out of stock and therefore i would use Sphinx most likely. Currently on - NP - Test E, NPP and Tren Ace - the Tren Ace is mainly in there as i had some left over from the show. Jabbing schedule - 0.5ml Test E, 1ml NPP, 0.5ml Tren Ace eod - this equates to: 375mg Test E, 300mg NPP, 150mg Tren ace per week. Also used up the last of my Test Prop pretty much straight after the show to get some Test in there asap. Bodyweight has absolutely rocketed up even on such a small amount and that's without using any GH or Insulin, i've literally just let my body use the rebound and grow. Strength is through the roof too, the last couple of shows i did before this i lost a lot of strenght and i think that was down to poor carb timing with regards to training, then over dieting. Recent Progress: First of all....yes i was in a sunbed shop! This was taken on Thursday 25.10.18 so just under 2 weeks after the show, feeling as full as a house and lean still too as i havent binged like a complete moron and ive just upped my main meals especailly those around the workouts where i need it.

    Well remembered mate and i couldnt agree more, people are skipping a whole part of their progression but not utilising an oral only cycle and going straight to injectables, it's ridiculous. My first cycle was 40mg Dbol per day and i put on a stone and a half and kept over a stone of it. Then i had proper time off, something in the realms of 6 months then finally plucked up the courage to do an injectable cycle which was 2 shots of Organon Sust per week, even then, because i hated jabbing i was mostly doing 1ml per week and still grew like a weed. The next cycle was 2ml per week of Sust with Dbol and the trend continues of slowly adding compounds in rather than going balls deep with a first cycle of something idiotic like Test and Deca or Test and Tren.

I have used Hyge extensively over the last few years, the highest i have used was 8iu on training days so 5x per week (40iu) and one things for sure, that is overkill in terms of side effect, the positives were great, i was round and full all year, pumps were awesome in the gym and i managed to stay lean even with a diet that wasnt really that tight at the time. I now use 4iu every other day (workout days) and once again it is keeping me nice and lean considering im nearly 19st @ 6ft 2, recovery is excellent, sleep is great (i take it pre bed) and the extra strength and size that i have achieved on a very basic low dose cycle is brilliant, so i would personally highly recommend it. There is one small caveat, water retention even on 4iu eod is quite noticeable and always remember, what works for me wont necessarily work the same for you, my results are based on years of experimentation and research with regards to diet and training to know exactly what works for me.

    My first cycle was Dbol - 40mg a day and i absolutely blew up. Just be mindful that you need a good diet and training plan to accompany any gear.
  15. Deca, Eq or just Test

    First of all you have a wicked physique already mate! Secondly this is a no brainer for me, Test and Deca all day long, i think EQ is absolute garbage which is reflected in how much people have to take to notice anything. I personally have added in Hyge recently and that stuff is a game changer, but that will depend on how much money you have to burn.

    I would drop the Letro immediately, there is no need for it in any cycle.
  18. Starting a new journal to keep things up to date and to start a fresh cycle to take me to a whole new level of size and symmetry. Goals: 1. Take my body weight way past the 19st mark whilst keeping visible abs, I certainly don't want to look for excuses to get fat, it'll only have to come off when I start dieting early next year. 2. Beat my log book, current pb's are as follows: Bench - 210kg x 2 reps Deadlift - 270kg x 4 reps Squat - 200kg x 9 reps 3. Focus on more leg work, bring up hamstrings and quads to complete my physique for the stage. Cycle: NP - Test 400 - 2/3ml per week - 800mg/1.2g NP - NPP 100 - 3/4ml per week - 300mg/400mg Insulin - currently 7iu pre workout Gh - 4iu pre workout Previous Shows: 1st place at NAC South East 2nd place NABBA South East Current Condition: Current weight in the morning after toilet activists is 18st 10lbs, usually around 19st in the morning but dropped a stone not so long ago due to a horrific stomach bug. Diet and weigh ins will be constantly updated. Questions welcome. Time to absolutely batter myself and be the biggest most symmetrical I can be.

    I've actually just started doing safety bar squats as regular back squats always end up with me pulling my lower left back. such a perv I will be going from 4iu pre bed eod to 4iu pre bed ed. I wouldnt jump straigh in at 8iu mate, you'll get a lot out of 4iu ed or eod first, plus it will last longer. Always try to get the most out of as little as possible.

    In other news, today is the first day i noticed that my fingers are pulsating slightly due to the GH, havent had that feeling in such a long time. Not everyone gets it but i always find when i start using it again, i get this side effect, it soon subsides after being on for a little while. Still just taking it pre bed for the moment for ease. If i train on the weekend then i will take it 1hr pre training.

  24. So true! Most are looking for a magic pill, or never keep the size they gained because its all just water retention. I could easily surpass 20 stone if i wanted to on this new cycle, all id have to do is eat sh1t food and watch the water and fat pile on. Instead, have everything so regimented that even with a small amount of gear (current use 1.3g +gh) you grow and get strong so quickly. NP i have used for a number of years now, its a very good lab indeed and mainly for me, its completly pip free apart from the Rip200 which gives me a slight pain but is easily cured if i dilute it down with something like Mast E or Primo. I have also used Sphinx and they seem good as well although i did get more PIP with their stuff which is just a massive inconvenience for me. I used their Halo before both my shows last year and that was definitely spot on!! So generally i use NP for everything and then Sphinx if NP dont do a certain product or they happen to be out of stock. Moral of the story - focus on your training and your diet, you nail those and you'll grow off absolutely any AAS.
