    6 cycles in you should really already have comparable LBM to that picture. if you're struggling to keep it on then you're going to be all over the place with cycling test, really messing up your lipids for a long period of time then getting not a lot of gains or losing them all.
    what happens when you cycle? what do you gain, what do you lose coming off?

    if you were going for that as a starting place, I'd using LGD up to the point it doesnt get anymore gains, which is normally your natty genetic limit (providing you eat and train right). if you get there and think, I want to get bigger, then I'd start using steroids.

    youd be better off using SARMs. LGD @ 5mg / day is pretty strong. you can run 4 weeks, recover your normal test in 4 and go again. can keep the tabs in a vitamin tub and no one would be the wiser.
    if you're going down the route of actual roids, you'd want to get pretty big otherwise there's not much point running them. post a picture of what you have in mind?

    its a car crash waiting to happen, going from injured to a full on cycle and training after a long lay off.
    you will make cycle like gains without the gear once you start training. you don't lose the myonuclei in your muscle when you detrain. that means you will regain what was lost at an insane rate.
    once you've rebounded and made sure you're not messing up connective tissues and old injuries, think about getting into a cycle.
    i know its really tempting to do, I've done it before but I also ended up rupturing a bicep because my strength and size blew up way faster than my body was able to handle.

    its either a lump of rubber from the stopper or its something that is probably not otherwise meant to be there.
    so scenario 1 with lump of stopper is usually not to wory.
    scenario 2 means the vial wasn't cleaned properly or the gear wasn't filtered into the vial in a sterile way.
    if you think its scenario 2, never use their gear again.

    a nice test prop is good for subq pins 3x per week with a 29g. Prop tends to give me lower E2 when pinning subq vs a longer ester as well, which is good when i'm fatter.
    i can actually do 40mg test prop SubQ every other day and continue to make leaner "cruise" gains, whereas 180mg Test E IM per week basically puts me in a holding pattern or fatter gains.
    i get sick of the pinning eventually but its worth doing for bridges between big blasts before going on a recovery phase.
    Blast -> subq prop EoD -> Blast - IM test E weekly.

    so like, creatine is needed to recover ATP from ADP.
    When you're using weights, you're basically running completely off the phosphocreatine energy system. Getting supraphysiological levels of phosphocreatine means you can get more reps and recover quicker.
    more reps at any given weight = more stimulation of high threshold motor units. high threshold motor unit recruitment is proposed as key to hypertrophy and "effective reps".
    Shorter rest periods mean that more of the actin-myosin cross bridges remain formed, so you're then able to recruit more of the high threshold motor units in lesser reps, again, suggesting better for hypertrophy.
    If you're only blasting weights in the 1-3RM range then creatine won't do much and you won't have to worry about rest periods as you're going to be waiting long enough to fully recover your CNS ability to recruit fibres fully. If you're training sub-max then creatine helps steroids or not.

    just cruise test, 180mg/week. wanted to try superdrol on a cut as I think that's the best way to tell if a substance is any good at putting on muscle. if I get on well with it for say 4 - 5 weeks, will add to my next blast.

    the "on feeling" generally wears off. its probably one of the reasons people keep upping doses constantly to get the "on feeling" or it must not be working.
    i get higher libido with a single sust injection per week, as i get the surge at the start followed by a much lower level but even that wears off after a few weeks.
    if you have no issues with erection quality and can be put in the mood for sex, when someone instigates it and are otherwise interested in it (looking at people you're attracted to, porn) then i'd say its nothing to worry about, its normal, don't keep taking more stuff to try and fix it. you're not broken.
    also with a cruise, you find that less is better for libido usually. if you're not big ramy huge, you don't need 250/week. 125-180 is more than enoguh for even the biggest dudes and keeps things at the top end of normal all the time.

    tis fine. usually people with lower e2 are on the leaner side of things.
    your precycle bloods for testosterone and estrogen don't mean much. if you have not cycled before, don't use a load of different compounds at once as you won't have the slightest idea what causes what side to happen. if its test at 600/week then that's "reasonably safe" as its been looked at in the medical literature. past a certain point, you don't get as much conversion to estrogen, so the AI requirements stall out at a certain dose. if you then add extra compounds to a 600mg/week cycle at a later date, you know a baseline to work from, so you know if your blood pressure goes through the roof, its the new compound or the total mg's you#re using

    some superdrol and clen came today. superdrol tabs are quite dusty and crumbly. taken 20mg this morning and due to start 40mcg clen on Saturday. so should see how both compounds are quite quickly.

    gains wise no. you're supra physiological at all times.
    sides wise, yes. you're usually more susceptible to estrogen related problems once vs twice per week. its also harder to control estrogen. twice per week with an AI on pin day usually keeps most things smooth.
    if you're not blasting and cruising then you don't need to worry about injection site scar tissue building up. that's one of the main reasons why people will try and pin once per week.

    yes it can cause PiP. worst being a big red coin sized bruise that hurts like hell.
    you need to make sure you have low solvent gear and it's usually best to use the fat on your ass instead of tummy as its not as sensitive

    tried this years ago  with liquid home brew. changes how some stuff actually works. dbol sublingual has way less water. so there's something to the first pass elimination theory. superdrol is apparently way less anabolic injected than it is orally.
    unless there was some real science behind the differing properties, I'd just take it with some grapefruit juice/piperin and be done with it

    I'm not sure what the study you posted is as I can't view it on my phone, but this one basically shows that myostatin peaks at week 8 but then returns to baseline. They gave participants 600mg test a week.  Myostatin peaked at week 8 and when measured at week 20 was back to baseline.

    shorter heavier blasts 6-8 weeks with 4-6 week cruises are best for gaining muscle, simply because of how quickly myostatin builds over time to halt gains.
    you do need to compromise on lipid recovery tho.
