    As Dave Brailsford’s philosophy stated.... marginal gains (1% in all aspects) equal to significant increase in performance.
    This doesn’t just apply to cycling but all sports. Especially weightlifting IMO.

    For me I love this cycle. The change in body composition and strength gains are unreal. Saying that, you have to be prepared to be on the verge of constantly losing the plot. Not to mention digestive issues, sleep problems, lethargy etc...list goes on.
    I know people say use ace to find out what it’s like (then able to get out quick if you can’t handle it) but I find ace is like a full on smack in the face. I did 50mg EOD and I had to stop after 4 weeks. On the other hand I can deal with 400mg Tren Enth week (just about). I’ve actually used up to 600mg week when I was younger. Definitely use mast with Tren I’d say.
    I feel the Enth versions come on a lot more slowly and kind of make it more manageable IMO. I’d say start with test E, mast E and Tren ace. Give ace a couple weeks and if your fine then switch to Enth. But I wouldn’t go much higher than 300/400mg at tops. 200mg will bring great results. 400mg will obviously make a difference but I feel the ratio of bad to good sides goes the wrong way.

    Tenderness, puffiness, sore.... bang in nolva as soon as you get this. High BF does make it look worse though. But so does being very lean!!

    I personally think the comments like “don’t get too big” makes them feel more secure that you won’t get attention from other females. Obviously personality comes into it but I think there’s something more to it with there comments. I don’t do it to get more “girls” but I do do it to build my own confidence and to feel better about myself. Being confident (but not overly) is an attractive trait to have. No female likes a guy moping round all depressed with there head continuously down. Personality, confidence and being in half decent shape is probably the best combo.

    Well there’s your answer. Sort out your weekend routine. Nothing wrong with a bit of a cheat meal on a weekend. Just don’t go mad.
    ive had dr’s prescribe me B12 shots for low energy etc. But it’s easy to source and cheap. It won’t be a sudden urge of energy but it will make a difference if your defficient.
    Try eat foods high in vitamins and minerals that keep you full and give energy.
    As for the dope, well that’s subject to different arguments. I know a lot of people who use small amounts before bed to unwind. But that can bring on binge eating rubbish. Have you tried a good quality CBD? I’m not a fan but I know some people really rate it.
    Tea still has caffeine obviously. Things like green tea, peppermint tea are probably better options. Still have caffeine content.
    Best thing though is high quality sleep and hydration. Plus eliminating stress.

    From previous use I found weight started going up rapidly after about a week. Not my favourite oral.
    Surely you did some research on what to expect before just buying a strong oral. What are you expecting? Eat more food.

    Yeah its a fermented yoghurt type drink, the sell it in the polish section at tesco or polish shops.
    they do flavoured ones but quite high in sugar but you can just add some fruit to the plain one and blitz it if you don't like the taste.
    You'll probably not need the gaviscon after few days using it, sorted mine within 2 days or so. Its only 50p for 500ml or 1litre is a quid so pretty cheap

    Change your diet. Delete any stress. Get a hobby that interests you (not the gym). Cut out booze. Cardio and general decrease in BF should help.
    As said I don’t think things like SARMS peptides will be a long term benefit. BUT I have found things like B12 injections boost my energy and more. Also 5-HTP helped a bit when feeling a bit rubbish.
    Saying that, I’m no expert on what peptides can do for general mood etc.

    I love the stuff if I’m honest. Great synergy with Tren. Not actually sure why I didn’t use it this time round. I normally use it at the same ratio as Tren. In fact, sod it, I’m going to add it in.
    This cycle was purely to use Tren higher than test as I’ve not done it like that before, but I think mast can only bring benefits. Good shout

    I’ll give it another couple weeks while using the above ideas and may have to reduce.
    Tren ace kills me. Even at 50mg EOD I really struggled. I will never touch it again. Enth I’ve used many times but sides aren’t always the same. I just deal with Enth a lot better for some reason (although it still brings problems).

    Cheers mate, I understand that there will be these type of sides with Tren, as you say, it’s just the way it is.
    Although I’m sleeping 8ish hours I don’t believe I’m getting into a proper deep sleep. (REM). Researching this I’ve found that vivid dreams can be a sign of this. But I’m still looking into it.
    I take ZMA but will definitely invest in some 5-HTP (have used before with good effect). I’m not familiar with ksm-66 but I’ll give it a go. Also neuromax looks interesting. I’m probably going to start B12 injections biweekly too. 
     
    Im hoping these sides may calm down as I’m only on week 5 but I’m not holding my breath. 
     
    I accept the sides and that’s something I was prepared to deal with but I’m just looking to minimise the sides with the correct supplementation. Hopefully a combination of the above will see some improvements.

    Drop the tren down to 200 would be what I’d do. I didn’t get sleep issues on 225 tren ace

    200-300mcg of 5htp may help.
    Even if you're not noticing the disturbance very few get away Scot free with sleep where tren is concerned. 
    It's such an aggressive androgen that it will stimulate the cns and disturb your sleep. 
    You could try a combination of 5htp, ksm-66 and zma before bed (neuromax would be another good shout)
    But generally with tren it is sort of the nature of the beast unfortunately.

    Weight back down to 200lb this morning, despite completely changing my diet and now on 3250cals. Seems next to impossible to put weight on on Tren. Although I’m losing fat and have definitely gained a decent amount of LBM.
    Sleep is just mental. Vivid dreams are unreal. No idea where they are coming from. Night sweats are there but not stupidly bad.
    Im sleeping really well at night (mainly due to popping a dizzy!!!) but during the day I’m struggling to stay awake. Taking atleast 3 naps a day. Having to take large amounts of pre workout to get to the gym, but when I’m there, I’m fine and super aggression, hitting constant PB’s.
    Constantly taking Rennie and always gaviscon on hand.
    Currently struggling with my squats. Seem to be stuck on 150kg for 4/5 reps but they are below parallel. Although I’m then hitting 125kg for 8/9 and 100kg for 15 good deep reps. Might start using knee wraps to get my CNS used to holding bigger weights. Ideally want tripples at 4 plates raw.

    Let’s be honest....50mg dbol no matter what your eating, you’ll put weight on pretty rapid. If his diet is crap then he’d probably be a bloated mess, even if he wasn’t eating enough, I’d still expect weight gain (mostly water). (Unless he’s on stupid low calories).

    Cutting carbs will just deplete you of glycogen. You think your losing weight and muscle but really it’s just water, maybe some fat.
    Eat clean and eat in a calorie deficit (250-400). Train hard/sensible, rest, hydrate and don’t expect miracles. 0.5/1lb a week is ideal.
    You don’t need drugs to lose fat. Just dedication and consistency.

    I think your right.
    The first thing I’d be looking at is lifestyle changes. Seems these days as soon as someone feels rubbish their first point of call is TRT. I’m not saying it’s a bad idea, just I think there are other areas to look at first before jumping on TRT.
    Like I said, research and lots of planning, weighing up options, speaking to professionals would be the place to start.
    But if someone’s adamant on doing it, then it would only be right to point them in the right direction. End of the day, it’s their life and their decision. 
     
    Oh and OP. Dbol for TRT is bonkers. More research mate. It’s a big decision to make so put some time into it. (Not saying you haven’t, but there’s a lot to understand). Good luck though.
