    Hey,
    So after a year or so of trying to get my head around AAS and if they are right for me i've decided just to take the plunge and see what they are all about
    My Background
    32 year old male, 5' 8" currently 75.4kg @ I think 13-14%bf (top 4 abs clearly visible, 6 pack with a pump). Have been weight training since 2016 - from 2016 until lockdown I did mostly strength based workouts (5x5, 5/3/1 etc) but had no real understanding of nutrition - so although I ended up reasonably strong (Squat 200kg, DL 225kg & OHP 85kg) I was just a big fat circle - I ate thousands of calories a day more than I needed from terrible food sources and justified it by doing an hour walking on the treadmill every morning @ 15% incline holding on to the rails for dear life. t**t!
    Lockdown coincided with me re-evaluating my life choices a little; professionally i'm relatively successful but I didn't feel like I was pushing myself, I felt as if I was coasting through life. I wanted to better myself - the gym had just closed and that was the only place I felt like I was driving myself to achieve something. I decided to change from being focused on just getting stronger to getting in better shape - I started running, cycling, power walking and high-rep work outs, I got myself down from 120kg @ 45% body fat to where I am now in the last 12 months. I went from being able to run less than 100m before passing out to running half-marathon distances in sub 1:50 times - i'm not fast, i'm never going to be - but I can make the distance and that's all I need. I only compete with myself.
    Previous PED use
    Ive not used AAS before. I have however run 1 cycle of Ostarine in May/June 2020 just to see what is all about. It improved recovery a bit but cant say it did loads. I also ran a cycle of LGD October/November 2020 - added maybe 2kg of lean muscle that I kept post PCT - I possibly could of added more but boris closed the gym half way through that cycle and I went back to lots of running & endurance work which isnt exactly best for hypertrophy. 
    I also frequently use Cardarine and MK677. Cardarine allows me to push myself during cycling & distance running (frequently cycle 100mile rides and run half-marathons) and MK677 does seem to help with recovery somewhat. I am currently using both of these but will drop 5 days before starting this cycle. 
    Im also currently using Yohimbine, dunno if you'd consider it a PED.
    Motivation for Doing a Cycle
    I was going to run another LGD cycle - but then I considered why I was running it - was it because I was scared of AAS?  Truth is I want to know what an AAS cycle is all about - how does it feel? How much can it improve my training? What more can it help me do? Also Ive been in calorific restriction (with the exclusion of the odd binge; more on that later) for the last year - to be able to increase my calories a little is going to be a welcome relief! So i've read a tonne of articles and have decided to give it a try; if I dont like it; if its not for me - I can always abort early and PCT and i'll recover soon enough. If I never try it I'll always wonder what if?
    Short-term goals for Cycle
    My goals are mostly physique based which seems a little vain but f**k it; why shouldn't I do something to make me feel good? I'd like to add some definition to my figure - if I could get my abs to grow and drop a couple of % BF (By adding more LBM than fat) so i have a nice 6-pack that would be super cool. Also to put some muscle on arms, chest and shoulders would be nice as I currently feel my lower body is over developed compared to upper body. I will judge the success of the cycle on 2 simple factors; Primarily did I correctly manage the chemicals & potential health sides appropriately to minimise risk of harm? and secondly do I look objectively better AFTER pct than i did Pre-cycle. If I can answer yes to both those questions I'll be happy - I can always cycle again at a later date to add more mass if I need it; I want to use this cycle to get the fundamentals right.
    Long term Goals
    I'm really into endurance cardio at the moment; I'd like to complete an Iron Man triathalon in 2023 (Shh, dont tell them. They are against PEDS!)
    As such ive broken my cycle into 3-phases
    Pre-Cycle (Length 2-3 weeks)
    As gyms have only been open 2 weeks I'm still taking it relatively easy to allow my body to warm back into lifting heavy weights again. I'm going to continue this for a few more weeks and allow my joints and tendons to become accustom again. I'm going to train roughly how I will on-cycle (although with lower intensity, obviously) and track weight & calories weekly to get an idea of TDEE.
    Pre cycle PEDS/Supps
    MK677 - 25mg ED
    Cardarine - 20mg ED
    Yohimbine - 15mg ED
    Taurine - 3g ED
    Potassium - 1.6g ED
    Fish Oil - 1g ED
    L-Cartinine - 1g ED
    Beta-Alanine - 2g ED
    Dandilion Root - 1g ED
    On Cycle Period (12 weeks + 3)
    I will be completing the simple cycle of 12weeks of 500mg Test-cyp EW - Dosed once on a Sunday Morning. I have some 60 x 20mg Anavar tabs but I dont think Im going to use them this cycle but we will see how things go I guess.
    Cycle PEDS/Sups
    Test Cyp - 500mg EW - Dosed once per week on a sunday (Weeks 1  - 12)
    HCG 500iu - E3.5D ( Weeks 1 - 15)
    Arimidex - 0.5mg EOD to start - will up/down the dose from there depending on reaction/blood test results (Weeks 1 - 15)
    Taurine - 3g ED
    Potassium - 1.6g ED
    Fish Oil - 1g ED
    L-Cartinine - 1g ED
    Beta-Alanine - 2g ED
    Dandilion Root - 1g ED
    Multi-Vit
    PCT
    Three weeks post final jab
    Nolva 40mg ed 1 week, 20mg ED for 6 Weeks
    Clomid 50mg ED for 1 week, 25mg ED for 4 Weeks
    Arimidex - Whatever Im using end of Cycle for week 1, half that dose for week 2
    MK677 - 25mg ED
    Cardarine - 20mg ED
    Taurine - 3g ED
    Potassium - 1.6g ED
    Fish Oil - 1g ED
    L-Cartinine - 1g ED
    Dandilion Root - 1g ED
    Multi Vit
    ZMA 
    HMB - NOTE: I dont actually believe this compound does anything at all - however I got some bundled in for free with my last order of protein and stuff so I figured if it does have any anti-catabolic properties now would be the time to use it. Probably bollocks but it aint gonna do any harm.
    Training
    Pre & On Cycle
     
    Weight training is using Layne Nortons PHAT program
    Monday Morning - 60 - 90 Mins Moderate Cardio (130bpmish), Usually Cross Trainer
    Monday Evening -  Upper Body Power
    Tuesday Morning - 60 - 90 Mins Moderate Cardio (130bpmish), Usually Bike (Indoors or outdoors depending on weather/other commitments for the day)
    Tuesday Evening - Lower Body Power
    Wednesday Morning - Lay-in; No morning cardio today. Do some light stretching and foam rolling but thats about it
    Wednesday Evening - 90 Mins Running at distance pace (8 - 9 minute miles)
    Thursday Morning - Dynamic Cardio (Kettlebell, Battle ropes, Sprints etc) 60 Minutes + 30 mins LISS
    Thursday Evening - Back & Shoulders Hypertrophy
    Friday Morning - 60 - 90 Mins moderate cardio, Stair climber or Cross Trainer
    Friday Evening - Legs Hypertrophy
    Saturday Morning - 60 - 90 Mins moderate cardio - Cross Trainer or bike
    Saturday Evening - Chest & Arms Hypertrophy + 60 minutes running @ 7-8minute mile pace
    Sunday - Total rest day - stroll about town and do my normal thing; no more than 25k steps 
    PCT Training
    Weights wise will be identical to the above. Cardio volume will be cut back considerably to just a handful of moderate intensity sessions lasting no more than 45 minutes for the first few weeks of PCT and slowly build up a cardio base again from there.
    Diet & Nutrition
    Once i have determine TDEE I will be aiming to consume TDEE +25% everyday with re-evaluation of TDEE Weekly. I will consume atleast 2g protein per KG body weight but typically a bit more with the rest coming from Carbs & Fats. I dislike the term "clean" with regards to food because it is disingenuous however the bulk of my nutrition will come from meals I have prepared myself from whole, unprocessed foods (Thats not to say there wont be any junk at all; I just keep it to a minimum and make sure I cook as much as I can myself "from scratch" using good ingredients). I eat lots of fruit and veg. Im not going to list out typical sources here because I will post my daily food intake with each update
    Weaknesses/Threats

    My biggest threat is my appetite - many of you will be noticing I perform a lot of cardio in addition to weights and wondering how the f**k I do that and am not burnt out - I simply eat ALOT of food. Not overeating is a massive challenge for me - I never feel "Full" in so much as even when I am physically full, painful food baby sticking out the side of my guy and cannot stand my brain is still telling me to eat. Its been this way for me since early teens; I just manage it by staying active and trying to practice mindfulness - I have managed to get my binges down to once every 2 or so months now, but when I do let go - Shiiiit. 20,000kcal? No problem.
    The other threat is them closing the fu**ing gyms AGAIN half way through, or worse during PCT. Things are looking good for now though!
    Strengths
    I'm committed to the training and I do not think I know it all - If someone on here tells me "Hey buddy, you got that wrong" I'm all ears and willing to take you on board.
     
    I'd love to post progress photos but this board is searchable in google; I work public sector in a fairly high ranking managerial position and could do without use of AAS coming back to haunt me.
