The larger the deficit the quicker the weight loss. Get your proteins. Try fasting and see if that's for you.
My biggest tip: low-calorie high volume foods.

Yup that is what I use and recommend. There are some better isolates on the market but you will pay a lot more for them and see negligible difference.
Id get a small bag and see how you get on, but I’ve yet to have anyone with a genuine lactose intolerance have an issue with this.
If you still feel you have an issue, try removing the fruit and avocado. You may not realise but many fruits and especially avocado tend to cause a degree of digest upset.
