    You absolutely do not need TRT. Your clinic sounds crap too, stay away mate.
    If you do want to do gear then do a proper cycle.

    I don't use now but I would keep them in a metal biscuit tin but sometimes would get them mixed up and end up injecting myself with a chocolate cookie

    @TURBS cheers for the advice on the B5, I'll pick some up this week.
    I've always split the dose in two, the only change is lowering the sustanon by 25mg a week - officially, anyway.
    I suggested to my doc that 1500iu is too high but he disagreed and said the HCG dose is fine. Regardless, I've actually reduced my HCG to 750iu split across 3 doses - I want to slowly taper this back up and see what works for me side effects wise. My acne has improved quite a lot, looking down at my chest/shoulders I'm pretty clear now and there's only a couple new spots - the rest are from a couple weeks ago and mostly faded. My bacne is still pretty bad.

    30th May (Week 6 Recap)
    Training
    Could only manage 3 sessions this week due to being away from home. Still progressed on those limited sessions.
       Squat   Bench          Deadlift        Overhead Press       77.5kg (10)       75kg (11)         110kg (5)         30kg (10) Weight then reps in brackets. Didn't deadlift this week, still trying to figure out where to put it.
     
    Stats
       Weight       Waist          Bodyfat %        75.7kg        33 inch   16.1% * with inaccurate, electric scale. Watching the trend not the number.
    Weight seems to have stablised now, hovering around 166 - 167lb. Waist line is up, body fat is up, definitely gained too much fat. It looks like Tenerife with the lads is going ahead in just over 8 weeks... so I'm going to diet down for the next 8 weeks. I've definitely put on some muscle - mostly on my arms/shoulders and legs, way more vascular (can see veins I've never seen before, like on my bicep) despite having increased body fat.
    Doctor had me lower my test dose to 100mg per week (down from 125mg) split in 2 doses. I asked to lower my HCG from 1500IU but he disagreed. Acne is still an issue, hoping it clears up soon - especially with the weather being nicer.
     


    So, strength and size are up. Body fat also up a lot. 8 week diet starts now. Ideally I'll get nice and lean then slowly gain from there without this mad weight gain now that my body is getting used to the extra hormones.

    Hey Frosty, I wouldn't worry too much about the macro split - just hit your protein goal and don't completely avoid fats, you need them otherwise you'll feel crap.
    If it's available for your phone, check out "Happy Scale". Weigh yourself every morning in the same conditions and put it in that app and you'll see your moving average weight (go off this, rather than scale weight) and your weight loss per week.
    Keep the training intensity (effort) high and don't go overboard with volume.
    I'd say 2000 calories is too low for your weight but only the scales will tell you whether that's the case. Muscle loss on a cut is overblown but it's still important to keep your deficit realistic, especially as a natural. Good luck mate.
     
    Did you mean per lb? 0.8g protein per kg would have him eating less than 80g protein a day. He's nearly 220lb.

    Just been having a look through your journal. Glad to hear the trt dose is making you feel better! 
    Following this with interest as my weights and stats are quite similar to yours. Although I'm early 30s, only been lifting a few  years, and only the last 18 months with actual goals and proper  determination lol

    Push session. Absolutely smashed bench rep goal.
    Barbell Bench (70kg) for 5x5+ (hit 11 clean reps on last set. Increasing next week) Overhead Press (40kg) for 3x5+ (hit 6 reps on last set. Same as last week. This hasn't moved, going to drop weight and increase reps) Cable Flyes (dropset down to lowest weight, alternating angles) Tricep Rope Pushdown (14kg) for 2x12 (then dropped the weight and hit AMRAP) Machine Lateral Raises (32kg) for 5x15 (controlled reps - slight pause at top)

    That's good about the confidence etc.
    I wouldn't worry about the weight gain if you're eating at maintenance. It will be increased glycogen etc

    Start at 5g daily and work up to 10g daily.
    You shouldn't change your dietary fibre intake, the psyllium husk is implemented on top of an already rich in fruits and veggies diet.

    Not to steal swole's thunder but I actually asked this in a PM. This is the brand he uses:

    The husk is a combination of soluble/insoluble, your body will make use of the soluble fibre and the rest will pass through for the different benefits mentioned above - so yea a bag contains both. You could mix it into porridge, a lot of people put it into a drink and knock it back that way, whatever you prefer. Swole recommends gradually increasing your fibre intake so just start with the a couple gram and increase as you need to avoid digestion annoyances. Make sure you drink plenty of water too.
    Timing doesn't matter but it's recommended to have it with a meal.

    Answer client messages, general whatsapp, comment on here, update my log, sometimes listen to a podcast like all business bodybuilding or beast fitness radio.
    All fibre is good at the right dose. It's good you're being proactive with it, many neglect fibre thinking their veggies cover them but the RDAs are also associated with people consuming 50g protein per day, not 200g+
    Same for lipid profile, the extra fibre will bind up and excrete unwanted high levels of LDL.

    Best time for it for me. 
    I'm already fully warm and in the zone for pushing myself and it is only LISS afterall 
    5% incline, 5kph brisk walk.
    Psyllium husk is superb for digestion, blood glucose and cholesterol.
    10g mixed with Greek yog pre bed for the past I can't even remember how many years and no intention of ever pulling it.
