  2. Agreed, won't take long to know if they are legit if you start taking them.......

    Thanks mate, appreciate the help
  6. Gyno surgery UK

Ok noted thank you......I will speak to the doctor on the first point about which is better and how long. On the second note......I have had an issue in the past. About 18 months to 24 months ago I started to get it after I had finished a Pro Hormone cycle. This was after PCT etc. I was working abroad so could not get it treated for a long time based on location. Finally I came back to the UK about a year ago and took 20mg p/d of tamoxifen for 4 weeks. That sorted it. But did leave a bit of scarring cecause of the length of time untreated. No issues for 12 months, started TRT about 8 weeks ago and flared up again after 3 weeks My blood tests were taken on the trough day after the 6th injection. I'm not about the have my 9th (this monday). To note, my readings after 6 weeks were:

Thanks mate, great info! I will look into this more. So just to give you an idea. I am on 125mg of test (sus 250) for TRT, 3 weeks in, the gyno has come.....and came pretty hard to be honest, very sore and large lumps. Never had it this bad before. Blood test indicated E2 levels in range, test was 18nmol (so not the greatest) Prolactin was raised but under 1000..... So now doc has me on Caber for 4 weeks and Tamoxifen (20mg p/d) for 2 week, to see how I get on. I'm conscious the above is not enough, it is working so far but only got a week left on Tamoxifen. Also want to raise the test to get to the top end of the range but don't want to be on AI's for life! Any ideas?
  8. Anybody here had it done? Heard it can be hard to get through the NHS unless very severe...... Anyone gone privately for it and did private health insurance cover it? Research has shown me that if you bite the bullet and get the glands removed, this will solve the issue indefinitely. Any thoughts?
  9. Garmin watch

Mii Band 5 is great for around £25....does everything you need. Tracks steps, HR monitor, sleep tracker can control music, gives weather and so on.... Downfalls, for gps you need your phone with you (not an issue for me when jogging, biking etc.) Not the most glamorous to look at. Perks, its cheap, accurate and does what it says on the tin
  10. Hot lady’s of the world!

I've heard that mouth can not only give you a 'toe curler' but goes another level to a 'shoe swapper'

  12. Weak Joints

Yeah, I pretty much ran it for around 3 months.....18mg per day, usually split that, 9mg morning and 9mg after exercise/night...... CBD, along with the other supps I mentioned and exercieses/stretches etc. really helped with sorting out joint pain, I dropped the CBD and continued with the rest and can safely say I have had zero issues since. That being said, I did not notice any other benefits from CBD, purely for pain management, but that also could have been helped along by the other elements. D
