  1. I smoke CBD bud and it has been a game changer for me  with my anxiety. Start of this year I was taking  benzos or zops every night to sleep. Since I started smoking a spliff of the cbd bud before bed I pretty much haven't needed the sleepers or benzos at all


  2. Nikon d3400 is a great entry level camera. Really simple and user friendly to get used to the different settings. It comes with a good all rounder lens to get you started for around £400. There's also loads of tutorials on YouTube specifically for the d3400 so you can advance really quickly with it

    When we started taking pills late 90's they Mitzis were standard, always there for the first 3/4 years. But there was others too that were just as good and occasionally better, doves, green triangles etc. Mitzis just seemed to sum up the  nostalgia from the era. 

    I've been getting Dutch pills for years that are easily as strong, if not stronger (sometimes too strong that they mong you out) than pills from that era but they  lack that empathy and loved up feeling that made pills so special from back then.

    Used to love Hard House back in the day too, sundissential, insomniacz, storm, twist, trade etc.

    Crazy weekends, flat out from Friday til Monday morning then crawl Into in a complete fu**ing heap

    Used the grow them too, years ago. Even when I had a home grow of Thai or columbian shrooms I still always went local picking, liberty's have always been my favourite

    Depends on your tolerance. If you have no tolerance then (as invisible kid said above) start as low as possible.

    2.5mg of diazepam or .25/.5mg of Xanax (Alprazolam)

    Defo not for long term use as they are wicked addictive and dont take long to become completely dependant on

    I train 6 days per week (3 on/1 off) and sessions usually last just over an hour

    Long time lurker here, finally registered! 

    Been training on and off for years and just getting back into it proper now I have some stability in my life. Looking forward to getting know the forum and members a little better and hopefully contributing as and when I can

    Hope you are all keeping well. Long time lurker first time poster

    I've (male, 35, 84kg, 16% bf) been lifting on and off for years. Just recreationally mostly for the feel good factor to be honest but haven't done much in the last few years due to life getting in the way

    I'm just getting back into it and looking to bulk up and put some decent muscle on over the next few months, I've started a push/pull/legs split.

    The issue I have is that any of the PPL splits I've seen generally only have 2 chest exercises and after workouts this just does feel like it's enough (I've always struggled with building my chest and had to give it extra work) so I've added a couple of movements.

    For all exercises I do 4 sets focusing on progressive overload. Once I can do 10 reps I up the weight.

    So my split currently looks like this

    Push
    Flat bench press superset with Flat bench flye
    Incline bench press superset with Incline bench flye
    Dips
    Overhead press
    Lat raise
    Standing tricep extensions
    Abs

    Pull
    Deadlift
    Bent over row
    T bar row
    Shrugs
    Rear delt flye
    Lat pull down or chin ups
    Dumbell curls
    Hammer curls
    Abs

    Legs
    Squats
    Good mornings
    Leg press
    Reverse hyper
    Leg curl
    Calf raise

    My maintance calories are 2500 (desk job) so I eat maintence on rest days and 2900 on training days
    Everyday I have between 160-200g of protein. I eat really clean Monday to Friday, it goes a little off at weekends as it generally involves some beers and a take away at some point over the weekend but I keep it all tracked and try not to let it get too excessive.

    Can anyone give me some input/opinion on my split & calories/protein if it looks OK and covers all bases.
