Thanks for replying.
1)Generally it's the common 4 X 4 sets on each muscle group of between 8-10 reps, so for example, dumbbell press, press ups, dumbbell fly's, resistance band fly's etc that's why it takes over 2hrs. I would train over 6dys instead of 4 and just do an hr each day but I'm a single dad so don't train on the days when I've my daughter.
2) Haven't actually measured my waist so that's definitely something I can do (thanks for suggesting).
3) Yes, you never know that could be the problem. I'll reset them in the morn and try again, if it's the same I can exchange as only had them a few weeks.
It's a shame I can't post the photos on here that I took 2wks ago and today as I've sent them to my mate, who said he can definitely see I've lost some belly fat. I suppose I was just disappointed with the readings, especially as the week before the scales said I'd lost 1.4kg and 1.1% bf.
