i'd imagine it becomes completely pointless after about 600mg DECA for anyone apart from Ronnie Coleman sized chaps. we have limited medical data but the diminishing returns on the 19-nors starts really low, it doesn't scale as well as testosterone or test based steroids, where 1g is always going to be better than 300mg. 100mg/week deca is very close to being as affective as 300mg/week testosterone [1] 100mg test - no change from baseline 300mg test - 3.4kg increase from baseline 100mg deca - 2.7 increase from baseline 300mg deca - 3.3kg increase from baseline i'm always cautious about high doses with nand as it messes with your heart function. 200mg/deca is shown to have no adverse affects on heart size or function [2] so its a safe place to start. [1] Comparison of the effects of high dose testosterone and 19-nortestosterone to a replacement dose of testosterone on strength and body composition in normal men [2] Effects of testosterone and nandrolone on cardiac function: a randomized, placebo‐controlled study

    Good novels you have read?

Joking aside John Steinbeck is one of the finest writers of the 20 century. I have read practically all his works. East of Eden and Grapes of Wrath are outstanding. You to persist though. His writing style is slow but builds momentum. Once you get past page 50 you will understand. I rate Grapes of Wrath as the finest book in the English language. When you read great novels like 1984, to kill a mockingbird, catcher in the rye and even war and peace (well worth it, if you can get through it) you realise how shite other books are in terms of expression of the English language. If the classics are not your thing then check out the bookerprize winners . Life of Pi is an easy yet excellent read. However in last ten years they have been highjacked by liberal PC faggotry. Plenty of less high brow style books like Lord of the rings, hitchhikers guide to the galaxy etc are fabulous.

    Terrified of needles

Jesus wept. I read this 2 hours ago and I’m still laughing now. As a kid in the late seventies when faced with a doctor/nurse with an immunisation needle I recall being told I’d get a panini football sticker afterwards. Before they even stuck it in me I was asking if they’d give me more stickers for more injections

I think your “mate” is your imaginary friend. I’ve just been writing about mine in another thread. There aren’t many alternatives. If you are scared of a poxy needle I’d cautiously suggest steroids are probably not for you.
  10. 2 points
As an alternative vet you could go back in time to the seventies/eighties take a load of wet film pictures of yourself and mount them in an album and then post copies here and never leave the house.

As we get older we get more face wrinkles so I’ve started to add more calories to my diet on a daily basis ,theory is the fatter you get the skin should tighten ? mrs is giving me a hard time over the extra lard I’ve put on so I’ve started to sprinkle crushed d/bol tablets in her no calorie soups
  12. 2 points
You are on to something @vetran and I’ve noticed quite a few overweight people manage to stave away wrinkles from their balloon-like inflated faces. It comes at a cost of hanging bellies, saggy man-boobs and that rocking from side to side walk as they try and swing one leg around the elephant sized girth of the other. So far it’s an excellent plan. The downside is those poor fvckers end up looking like death when they finally decide to lose the weight and end up with hanging jowls and too much skin for their sloppy bodies. But maybe you could avoid this by simply getting bigger and bigger until Channel 5 turn up to make a documentary of you at which point you can proudly scream....”look lads - still no wrinkles!”

    Terrified of needles

Was having a conversation with a mate in the pub last night. He's been body building for about 5 years now and has made some seriously impressive gains over those 5 years. I was saying how pleased I was with the modest gains I've made in size and strength since I started serious training in January on stronglifts. I've heard other people say this and my mate said it as well. Beginner gains don't last forever. My pal went onto say that he'd been flirting the idea of steroids as he is finding it harder to get gains in size but as he is terrified of needles he hadn't taken the idea further which leads me onto my question. If your terrified of needles and injections what are your alternatives when it comes to steroids??

@ElChapo Would 12.5mg Tbol for weeks yield any benefits? I was using 50mg for some weeks but I'm starting to feel lethargic , high BP so I'm thinking of lowering to 12.5mg which is really low dose but it can have some benefits on SHBG and glycogen retention ?

Ok , so 3 x 2-3 IU / week ; could it increase bone/tendon growth in the wrist/ankle ? For the sources , I guess we can only find Chinese HGH but are most of them sold on sites around legit ?

    Good novels you have read?

Can’t remember the last novel I read - I sort of see it as a waste of time (I do know I’m wrong there!). I much rather read and learn about things that have actually happened and most of my reading is biographies or autobiographies. I recently finished Total Recall - Arnold’s latest autobiography. The most interesting part of it for me was how his steroid use in this autobiography was a lot less than in his first autobiography. In fact, I got to thinking he’s just one autobiography away from having been a life-long natural!

My first show...why the hell not ;)

managed to get my leg day volume down perfectly currently. Low enough volume to train really hard and intense but still recover ready for the next leg session. Think that's what some people forget. You can train hard but if you're not recovering from the workouts, you won't progress. Cliche but 'Train within your recovery capabilities' Really enjoying leg days currently and can notice a positive effect from it. Leg day tomorrow. I'll update with my workout.

The best way to keep pushing the gains is to keep the calories in a surplus and increase reps and/or weight on all your movements with perfect form. These two things will drive 90% of your growth. AAS just enable you to push the envelope in terms of genetic limitations and increased recovery. Extended cycles being bad is a relative thing. If Hematocrit, BP, E2 are elevated for extended amounts of time and lipid ratio being suboptimal, this will increase calcification of the arteries which tends to be semi-permanent and can cause structural changes in the heart that impair it's function (also semi-permanent/reversible). This is further compounded by the harshness of the cycle (tren vs test) and genetics ( predisposition to heart disease, stroke, etc ) The best thing anyone can do is keep some light cardio through the year whether you are bulking or cutting, make sure BP never goes over 140/90 mmhg, and control E2 levels. Generally, giving your body a break at cruise doses+keeping health parameters in check+cardio is the best advice.
