![]() | From Fat to Fit..... Hello everybody as it says in the title of this message, I am a fat bloke on the way of being fit ![]() About 4.5 years ago, I had a pretty bad motorcycle accident, and until recently I could not do any exercise at all, and on hand of that I "blew up" form normally being 14.5 - 15 stone to 17.10 stone. Because of that, I am sort of disgusted when I look in the mirror, and see that fat gut hanging out ! About a month ago, I started training in the gym again, allbeit very lightly. Now I am sure that I can do all the exercises without injuring myself, I am gonna start training "proper" again. I have been looking around some BB forums, and have also found this one, where I hope to find a lot of useful info to get back in to good shape. Best Regards Peter |
