![]() | Hi - 17 year old male beginner - help appreciated :) I'm completely new to body building but have been lifting mild weights on and off for a few months. I was hoping some of the experienced members in this forum could direct me to the right place for diet & nutrition and work out plans as I've no clue how to go about my way on this website! I'm 12 stones (around 77kg/170 lb's), around 5'8" slightly muscular (natural broad shoulders and chest) I'll gladly follow a beginner diet and workout plan to see if there are any differences in my physique and perhaps adopt a more advanced plan. Thanks! |
