New

Hi,

I'm new and my aim is to gain good solid info' to aid my training. My goal is to join the Royal Marines and I want to increase my size and strength as well as fitness (endurance). I'm in the green on BMI but want to get to about 12.5 - 13 ish stone, currently 11.5.

I will be mixing weights with body/circuit training and swimming.

I assume I fell for marketing hype,, I bought muscletech products and after reading some info' I see the protein content is less than others and there's alot of unknown chemicals!! A work collegue recomended scientific biotechnology protein as it's 91% and the anabolic === don't know if this works?

I'll keep reading and see what I find ( to the uninitiated it's a bit overwealming and complex )
