Vitamins

Are their any vitamins that are sold in places like asda that will be good to take ?

Dont have the money to go buying really good ones but it would be possible to buy ones from asda.

Is it just a multivitamin needed or is there different tubs i could buy ?

Thanks alot.

A good product would be pro-vital am/pm formula,
fruit and veg should come first though

Re: Vitamins

Tend to motor through tons of fruit at the weekend if we have it in to avoid eating other crap when hungover then have none left for the week or for the missus to take to work hehe
