Re: Whats the best Multi Vitamins to take..?

have a look at animalpak mate. I didn't hold much stock in them till I tried them out and found them a lot better than any other vitamin. They're scary-big pills and you get 11 at a time but they digest so easy you don't feel them sitting in your stomach, unlike some I've tried (holland and barretts do this to me).
Found a site doing them for 27.99 and you get enough packs for 44 days. Am I kool to post the link here? Wouldn't wanna put anyones nose outta joint.

Re: Whats the best Multi Vitamins to take..?

I like and use AST Multi Pro 32X and have used NOW Foods Adam in the past as well and found it very good. We've also just had Dorian Yates's new multi in stock and that looks amazing. Its far beyond a multivitamin really, it has all sorts of good stuff in it. For some reason I've never tried Animal Pak. I think the number of pills you have to take put me off compared to other brands, (though I have used M Stak and liked that).

Re: Whats the best Multi Vitamins to take..?

I've just got some so will let you all know...

In the past I've used reflex nexgen (which seemed pretty good - obvioulsy it's hard to judge) but most of the time got something from the holland and barrett sales. Decided to give pro vital a go after having a good talk with Vicky McCann.
