Best Vitamin pak

Do u use a multi Vit pak?
I used to use porlab's training paks and now they have stopped producing them what else is there that gets recomended.
I was looking at the Animal products but they seem bit on the expensive side.

Re: Best Vitamin pak

ADAM multi vits or All in one all 25 seem to be high quality and cost effective

Re: Best Vitamin pak

If moneys tight I'll just get something like superone from holland & barrett but when I can afford to I'll get pro vital.

Definitely worth a go. I thought spending that kind of money on a multivitamin was a waste at first but now I wouldn't look back. Really feel it helps allround including sleeping better at night and don't seem to get ill as much.
