Hey peeps, dont no how many people use these as a supplement but i do and actually go over the daily rda, not by much tho......dont seem to bother my system

The only problem i am having are very sore nipples which are itchy. Its started today, any advice on this? Im presuming its just my test levels going back to normal as they were very low but im not sure.

I've been working on a zinc casting for 2 weeks now...
If i see another zinc product i'm going to crack!

I use a zinc supplement - zinc picolinate before bed. Its 22mg was looking for 25mg, but this is the closest i could get.

I was reccommended by a decent fitness pro that anything over 25mg then you need to start looking at you copper levels too since high zinc levels depletes copper absorption.

I cant say whether this causes you bleeding nipples but copper deficiency is known to cause skin problems.

How much zinc are you taking??

Yes I do have advice, you where zinc difficient so your test levels have rocketed and it's given you the start of gyno, get some tamoxifen.

Yep agree with this mate you didnt say any thing bout it on msn. I would get the nolva sharpish last thing you want is gyno.
