MAKE UP YOUR OWN TABS
Does anybody know a company where you can custom build your vit tabs etc.
Ive not been taking any for a while, but i know what sort of stuff i want and just cant be bothered buying loads of products and popping loads of pills etc.

Would just like to specify what i want in them and get them made up to reduce hassle etc.
Main things i want in them are multi vits+minerals, vit C, cissus, glucosamine and a few other bits.

any help appreciated

I think custom capsule do that sort of thing.

had a look on that custom pill website, really good, calculates how many pills you need for stuff you want etc etc .
For stuff i want will prob need about 6 a day but i will find that far better just getting out from 1 pot than 20 different tubs lol
