    Whats the strongest multi-vitamin avaiable?

    I've had a look in quite a few stores recently and well dissapointed at their ingredients, so I went on ebay (as you do) and found this ;

    I've been taking it for nearly a week and it feels good compared to the other ones i've taking. The ingredients are about right i'd say, i'm sick of seeing vitamins labled "high strength" and its all 100% of your RDA.

    Anyways, wondering if any of you's ahve any good ones or unique ones?

    Some sports vitamins have glucosamine and some efa's added. It was the herbal complex that intrigued me in this one, a lot of "male" "aphrodisac" herbs ingredients, no wonder I feel like i did on test :s lol

    Zelobinski - the ingredients in that multivit/min supp look ok and better than most, just one minor thing though - while the vitamins look to all be using good effective bioavailable forms (vit d is a d3 rather than a d2 etc), most of the minerals are (as they seem to be in just about every multi mineral supp) not all using the most bioavailable forms.

    For mineral salts, oxides, sulfates and phosphates (the most common ones) tend to have very poor bioavailability, and at the dosage size in the above product they may as well not even be included.

    Ideally you want mineral salts as picolinates, gluconates, citrates or orotates.

    To be honest, although more expensive, if you want to supp for minerals and vitamins the best approach is always to seek out the best forms individually - have not ever seen any multi supplement that comes close in quality to doing this, not even in the very expensive highly hyped brands.

    Gaspari Anavite is worth a look. I have not tried it myself, but looks as though it contains what you should be looking for in a multi-vit & a bit more.

    At the moment I'm just taking zinc picolinate, magnesium citrate and b vit complex... will be adding some vit d3 (as cholecalciferol) soon too. I sometimes take other vits and mins, but I feel those are the ones I need most right now.
