| UK-M's Mascot | My Almond Soup There's not a lot of recipes on making soups, in particular healthy soups but here's a nice one you can try. It's almond soup and here's how to make it: ingredients: -almonds (powdered form or if you get whole almonds u'll need to grind them in a food processor or a mortar) -boiling water -honey (to sweeten it) -table spoon of peanut butter -scoop of chocolate whey protein -drop of olive oil -egg white (optional) 1) Grind almonds until powdered 2) Adding water gradually you get a thick texture 3) Add whey, peanut butter, olive oil and honey 4) Mix it until all mixed 5) Pour it into a big saucepan, stir it and boil it 6) Once boiled, add egg white, simmer for a few minutes 7) Leave to cool down and serve. You can also make almond ice lollies, just repeat the above but add a lot more water then put in freezer in lolly cubes (or whatever u call them)

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | How on earth didnt anyone respond to this? You call this soup? Almond soup? Are you high? The ice lollies thing may work, but a big ol' bowl of almond and peanut butter soup, honestly one-pack, i worry, i really do!!!
