![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Grilled Vegetables 3 carrots washed, ends cut off and discarded, cut them into four 2" pieces (an inch is about the length of your the thumb from the tip of your thumb to the first joint.) 3 celery stalks, washed, cut into four 2" pieces 1 small red onion peeled and split into the rings 1 pkg sliced fresh mushrooms 8 garlic cloves 1 courgette washed, cut in circles 1 marrow washed, cut in circles 15ml butter 30ml water 5 ml chili powder 5 ml cayenne pepper 5 ml paprika (or 1 TBS of any spicy seasoning mix you like. I use a Cajun spice ) Layer vegetables, butter and water in foil, sprinkle the seasoning on top. Cover with foil and crimp the edges of bottom and top foil together to make a sealed container. Cook on grill until veggies are just tender not soft. Depending on grill temperature 5-10 minutes.
