I spoke with Sean when he was repping with Pro-Lab. Nice guy and very honest.
Lets just say he pushed things to the limit.

Sounds like a honest bloke, I got more respect for him being on the level like that with people than saying BS like (I is der uberman, yes 260lbs on 1 dbol a day.. Worship me.. Buy my suplements).

I meen if guys were more honest with there cycles you would see comperable things no doubt. Sure there are guys that realy do run small cycles but theres more that bull**** about there cycles I think - to make them sound more impressive.

Garry Howel said realisticly a guy competeing at the british would be running 1g-10g of test as a base for the prep... then you have everything else. So when you counsider this no doubt there are many others who have used as he did.

Unfortunatly nobody seems to do seminars around Bristol/Bath

Its a bit out of my way unfortunatly.

I cant answer that question about efective dosage, its a personal thing. But my own view was its a tad excessive but when you consider how complicated some peoples stacks are (multiple orals, various injectables) if you stuck with a few compounds no doubt they would also be high.

i remember going to a local show and he was in the juniors i think he came fourth. i went to the same show a year later and he was the guest poser he made increadible gains very dedicated and gifted
