I am contimplating writing a detox thread from this foot detox lady that talked nutrition for an hour and a half.
She talked about all kinds of stuff and most specifically alkaline ashing and acid ashing.
I have to admit, she is one of the must nutritional savy person I ever saw in my life. WOW, she blew me away.
If I post what she told me as she wrote everything down, you would be blown away.
You think the Omega 3 stuff was good?.............This next one on the alkaline ashing would blow you away.
I might just write it, it would be a long read but there will be alot of information and I was super impressed.

You gotta remember, some of this stuff is very controversial, not really known in the mainstream stuff.
Not that it is flawed, but not circulated with most people.
It wont apply to most, but it will apply to a few..........

Seems to me like everything is controversial these days, i always prefer to make my own mind up based on my own personal experiences. So get typing mate...i am sure there will be plenty of people interested in this.

I think you have got enough reps so we will have to think of some other reward for ya! Maybe a donation scheme to get you some 21" spinners for that Ferrari of yours! lol
