Hello Gang.

Ok, ive finally finished a new website which I think will be a good addition to the board.

The site is called UMuscle.com and it is a Video sharing website, similar to YouTube.com.

Feel free to sign up and have a play and upload and share videos.

Here is a good tool for obtaining videos:

Hopefully Umuscle.com will grow into a very useful resource for training and bodybuilding.

Unfortuntally I have not had a chance to upload many videos yet as I have been to busy with the actual design and testing of the site.

So, get over to UMuscle.com and start uploading and sharing all your goodies!

Im going to be contributing to this regularly in the next few months. At the moment I am quite tired from training etc but off season I will be uploading training clips etc for the benefit of members here.

I will also be uploading some posing type tips for those interested. I'm not Melvin Anthony but I can pose quite well and this is something that a lot of guys neglect in a show.

Cool for one i would be very interested in some posing tips from a pro. Look forward to seeing some clips to.
