| Sexy Moderator | Re: What about a.... Traps i only really do shrugs to target them, thats all. My shoulder routine is nothing special, just simply 5 - 6 sets of seated shoulder press on smith machine 5 - 6 sets of shrugs on smith machine 5 - 6 sets of lateral raises (front and side split) 3 - 4 sets of seated side lat raises Thats about it really. Sometimes will add in, or swap something for seated dumbell shoulder press, and sometimes will do free standing shoulder press. I dont have any set routines on any body part really, just aim to get a pump each workout.

![]() | Re: What about a.... What work do you do for lats bud? You got some high lats there. Thats what Ive got so changed my form on pull ups and lat pull downs.
