 | Another Newbie ! all right UKM been looking on here and a couple of other boards for ages now and felt it was about time to say hello think this place is the dogs b-----s to be honest - got loads of good info off you lot by reading posts and getting good solid advice on diet and training - have learn't alot - so thank you for that ! been training proper now for just over a year - kept it simple 3 times a week split with mostly compounds - was a complete and utter mess physically and mentally when i started at 10 1/2 half stone, and so I decided to change a few things.... now touching 13 stone at 5ft 6 -and still growing- ish. so looking forward to getting proper involved and all that cheers dougie |
