new member

Hi All

i am new to the wold of body building and its gripped me like a boa !
i am completely hooked. joined a gym and training hard and very focused on where i want to go and what i want to achieve . but i wondered if any one can help with this , i am thinking of taking some form of enhancement i feel i am ready to expand , but would only consider oral form , any one got any ideas. what, where , and when cheers

Good motivation there mate

before anyone can advise on this its probably best if you say what your vital stats are i.e.

age
height
weight
time training
diet
supps using at the moment

and when I say diet i dont mean

''I have this and that and sometimes this''

I mean

8.00 - Oats etc

10.00 - Chicken

and so on

Welcome to the board mate! Obviously as Tom said one can't really advise until you give us a little more info but a basic 6 week oral cycle of dianabol followed by PCT of Nolva and Clomid should do the job. Obviously depends on diet etc though.

thanks for showing interest . i am 35 5,8 12 stone and been training for about 8 months , my typical diet consists of 8 am porage and fruit juice some times eggs boiled /scrambled 10.30 sandwich tuna/meat or egg protein drink and fruit around 1pm pasta or rice with chicken or tuna protein drink and a piece of fruit , around 3.30 fruit rice cakes , tea around 5/6 meat /fish jacket spud protein drink /fruit and juice . i try and keep high protein and lowish carbs to try and keep i little shape ,i don't feel want to get to a competition level , just look good and feel good , i train 5 times a week approx 1 hour a time , two muscle groups a night

that diet needs work. i will have a look at it when i get back. and also i wouldnt advise you to take steroids after only 8 months of training

Yeah I would agree that gear at this point would negate any natural gains you are going to get.

As youa re new to bbing you are going to get results whatever you do for the first year or so.

8 am porage and fruit juice some times eggs boiled /scrambled - ADD A WHEY SHAKE HERE

10.30 sandwich tuna/meat or egg protein drink and fruit - WHOLEMEAL/GRANARY BREAD

1pm pasta or rice with chicken or tuna protein drink and a piece of fruit ,

3.30 fruit rice cakes - PROTEIN NEEDED HERE

5/6 meat /fish jacket spud protein drink /fruit and juice

NEED TO EAT AGAIN AT 8-9pm

Just add some more protein to your meal and you should see a result very quickly.

hi tux and welcome. as the guys have already said, i wouldnt start using anything just yet. As long as you train hard, eat well and suppliment well you should see plenty of results for a good while yet. only when you've reached that plateau of natural ability should you be contemplating anything else.
