    | RSS / Syndicate / New Feeds Hello All Ive finally got around to enabling you to add UK-Muscle.co.uk to any News Feeds, RSS feeds, blogs, etc, etc that you want too. You can even add UK-Muscle feed direct to your own blog / myspace, etc. The easiest way to explain what a feed is, for those of you that dont know 1) Goto http://www.google.co.uk/ig 2) Open an account if you dont have one (free) 3) Come back to UK-Muscle and click on the +Google icon on the home page. 4) Confirm with the page that comes up 5) Go back to http://www.google.co.uk/ig and you`ll see a live link to uk-muscles latest threads and content on the page  Basically it allows you to view our content off-site on any reader you want.
