I dont use IE, but when I opened UK-Muscle with it it was dog slow.

I use firefox, much more secure than IE and a lot lot faster.

Give it a go - Download it from www.firefox.com and then check UK-Muscle.co.uk.

Give it a few pages to allow it to cache it, but you`ll love me forever more if you change - so much faster!

Im going to be reccommending it to all UK-Muscle members in the next eshot.

to be honest, there is just as many backdoors in firefox as there is in IE.. i dont know why everyone seems to blame there browser when the biggest problem is there firewall.....

it changes all the time for me paul, 1 week it could be fast as hell, the next week it could be slow. although we are haveing some real bad weather here, maybe it is infecting the connection

Yip thats very true, because firefox used to be not very well known about it was very secure but now there are just as many risks with it. Ie7 is along the same lines as firefox in security terms. Ive always used ie and the board used to always be fast!

I can't change my browser at work, I can install or run programs on this computer either, so I am stuck.

I was getting pretty frusterated the other day.
Some times I open up a bunch of threads and go cook something waiting for them to load.

Some times it is fast, some times it is very slow. When it is that slow I just take a break.

I keep saying it, but it must be peoples computers or your internet explorer.

Im running lighting quick here, I use Firefox.

When I use Internet Explorer, the website is slow as hell!

Im thinking about scrapping the current look of UK-Muscle and going back to a standard template anyway.

I`ll be putting a post up in the general forum to get peoples oppinion.

The standard template dosnt look "great" but its UBER fast.

in two minds about running firefox.. but I may jus giv it a try.. see if i can find some screen shots first.

Boards runnin super tho.. nice job and the template doesn't look too bad at all, may be simple but ppl can access their information alot easier.
