I would download your msg's as .txt file then delete them all. You then have a copy, so email yourself with them as an attachment (they are all on one file) then you still have them to hand

I always just try and keep them to a minimum. I do have a rather large PM limit on this site.
I think you can have an admin open it up some.

Why would you want to store PMs?

User limit is 100?

Surley, you cant have 100 PMs that you want to keep???

I am actually thinking about decreasing the amout of PMs allowed to be stored in the near future to 50 just so that you are all away.

IMHO there is no need to have more than 50 PMs in your inbox - Its just a fact people are too lazy to delete them

I bet half of everyones PMs contain just "Thanks mate" or "Yeah thats cool" or a link to a website, etc, etc.

I have stored quiet a few in the last 3 years.
I do need to go through them and KO the ones I dont need.
I think people dont realise that sent mail is still mail.
I keep that almost to zero all the time.

Well I have deleted a lot of them mate but there are a lot of pms that I have that have some great info in them
