Exclamation Must See On TV - FYI
On Monday 10th October at 9pm on channel 5 there is a documentary on female bodybuilding called 'Hidden Lives', on for 60 mins.

'Documentary looking at the strange world of female bodybuilding as Joanne Thomas, Britain's youngest ever professional female body-builder, reveals the extremes a woman must go to make it to the top.'


Looks like it might be worth a watch.
