The Best Tuna Mayonaise

Quite simply the best tasting Tuna mayonaise ever. I have this every day:

1 tin tuna chunks
2 tablespoons mayo (got to be Hellmans!)
1 good teaspoon of wholegrain mustard (or any mustard)
1 teaspoon anchovy sauce
lemon juice from 1/4 lemon

Mix together and add chopped spring onions and/or chopped red onion if desired, mix some more.

Also try using horseradish sauce instead of mustard - blinding!

Superb on baked potato topped with parmesan or in sandwhich with wholegrain bread and cheese/tomato.....bodybuilders food.
