Tuna sandwitch/ Tuna pasta etc...

What do you mix the Tuna with? I am a huge fan of Tuna/Mayo, but I've been advised to stay away from the stuff.

So what do you recomend? Or just dry? :|

Re: Tuna sandwitch/ Tuna pasta etc...

I just eat it on it's own.

If you want a tastier option without the mayo then put abit of salt and vinegar in it, always makes it nicer.

If your growing crazy on it yeah - but I can't see a sprinkle on tuna doing much. Too little however and you can get muscle cramps;)

It's all about keeping a good sodium and water balance.

Re: Tuna sandwitch/ Tuna pasta etc...

A bit of light mayo isn't going to do too much harm IMO. Just don't go crazy.

I have a tuna/mayo salad every day. Tuna mayo pasta will have a huge amount of calories and that is usually where the problem lays.

Tuna and mayo is an excellent protein/fat meal mate, I wouldn't worry bout it, throw in some sweetcorn too.

and with pasta, its a great bulking meal, it aint half as bad as some make out.

Re: Tuna sandwitch/ Tuna pasta etc...

Try fresh tuna steamed over boiling water than you are cooking veg in . Squeeze lots of fresh lime over the tuna - yummy or

use natural yoguart and lemon juice instead of mayo - that is divine !!!!!
